Zahra was knowledgeable and so knowledgeable
Zahra was knowledgeable, respectful, courteous and so helpful. I cannot praise her enough. Because of my experience with my previous Broadband company over the years I was very nervous indeed about visiting Vodafone today but I needn't have worried because it was such a pleasant experience. We laughed together also and that was so healthy and restorative. Thanks so much Zahra. All the staff there helped to create a pleasant atmosphere from the very start. Also the price for the Broadband was a pleasant surprise also.

I am a lady in her late 60’s and all technology can be a challenge. I was very happy with the service I received at the Carmarthen store. Friendly and very knowledgeable person (Becky) helped me with my choice of phone. Customer focus was amazing and she covered all of my questions with lots of patience!
