OUTAGE WHAT OUTAGE !

The vodafone broadband, landline and mobile service all went down yesterday and for several hours. Living in a rural area, we have not way of contacting anybody. Today on the Vodafone website, you wouldn't know there had been a problem. There is no mention of thir systems going down and no emails to apologise or explain why it has happened.
Vodafone don't give a bloody hoot about it's customers, despite what all their adverts claim.
My contract is up in a few months and one thing is for sure, I won't be renewing with this uncaring, incompetent organisation

Very pleased

Amos was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We arranged 3 better contracts and made some great monthly savings. Really pleased with the service in store. A world apart from the dealings we’ve had with the call centre.

Excellent service. …

I wanted to single out AMOS particularly for an extremely professional and efficient service. Very helpful and patient. Also Margery and Heather were very helpful.

Came in to sort out a new phone and Amos was so helpful. He was very patient explaining how to back up my phone's storage and talked me through everything. Really friendly and helpful staff, will always go with Vodafone as a result

Excellent customer service

We went into store and were met by Amos who was absolutely brilliant from start to finish - super friendly, understood the issues we were trying to fix, and clearly knows his job inside out. We got 3 new phones and each one was perfect for the person it was for. Amos explained the ins and outs of each phone and the contract that went with it, and was incredibly helpful giving us information about broadband, and iPhone and Samsung watches.

Thanks, Amos, for a stress-free experience. We'll be back to sort out the broadband asap!

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for Marjorie, the store manager at your Buxton location. Despite difficulties encountered with my mobile phone trade-in (which were unrelated to Marjorie's actions), her customer service was truly outstanding. Marjorie consistently demonstrated incredible helpfulness, politeness, and a welcoming attitude. She handled the situation with remarkable professionalism, making me feel at ease and engaging in pleasant conversation throughout the process. Her dedication to going above and beyond made a difficult situation much more manageable.

Great Customer Service

I took my sister into the Vodafone shop in Buxton to see if her contract was due for renewal. The Home button on her iPhone had stopped working which made it extremely difficult to operate and so we had hoped that she would be able to upgrade.

My sister has had a couple of strokes and so it can be a little slow going, but the assistant was very understanding and helpful. She quickly checked the account and we were still had a short while to go on the contract. We didn't want to get another phone and so she was quickly able to switch on the soft Home button feature, which I was completely unaware of and the phone was perfectly usable again.

Not done there, she then set about reviewing the contract and made a saving of a few pounds on my sister's monthly bill.

We left the shop, having saved money, with a fixed phone. Good job.

Great service

I was with a different provider and enquired about the sizes of a new phone. Nisha set me up on Vodafone with a new phone and a new tablet for the same price I was currently paying. Fantastic service highly recommend speaking to Nisha

Really helpful
