Super friendly and great service

Super friendly and great service. Went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and find me the best offers to save money on my phone and broadband. So happy I came in store. Zulfi was really helpful.

Tom to the Rescue!!

Vodafone UK - Bury The Mall.
Please can i say a massive ‘BIG UP’ and THANKS to TOM at the Bury branch of Vodaphone in the Millgate. I arrived stressed today with a SIM card that in couldn’t get activated having ordered it online for a pay as you go for my elderly mother. Its not worked n i was loosing the plot ringing the online ‘help’.
Tom to the rescue!!
In a few minutes having explained my ongoing saga, he had sorted it all out, passing me back a working sim in the phone all ready to go.
A saviour!
If there is a staff recognition award process i woild like to nominate TOM!!
Excellent service.
