No mobile data
For the past 4 days I had been having problems my mobile data would not connect. I had phoned Vodafone and visited the shop yesterday thurs7th March. Where a new sim card was put in and I was told that it may take 24 hours to connect.
By 4.30 today I still had no data so I visited the shop again Richard was so helpful he did all the usual tests I was in the shop way past closing when I mentioned this to Richard he said these things happen. I can't thank him enough for his help. He wasn't going to let me leave without my issue being fixed.

Customer service from him was not as it was earlier in the week hence the good review
Went to collect second phone, ended up having to transfer everything across even after he asked me to leave it with him and advised it was all complete on collection!! Very disappointed to say the least!
