I went to the Bromsgrove store to sort out my access to my account. I spoke to Imran and Cian who sorted the issue really quickly. Also I mentioned i was travelling abroad and checked the charges.... Zobacz więcej

I came in at just before close, Cian and Imran were happy to help beyond working hours which was really appreciated. They showed me the best deals and took the time to explain any initial concerns.

Cian was very helpful today

Cian was very helpful today. I came in to collect my daughter’s new tablet and ended up leaving with a new phone that worked out cheaper than my sim only with another provider. Both him and the manager worked together to get me the best deal possible and even let my son eat his lunch whilst we waited. Super friendly and welcoming and would definitely recommend.

Came in to vodafone for a new phone and sim. Cian, namira and chloe all helped me and were absolutely amazing. 10/10 customer service. Would suggest everyone to come to vodafone bromsgrove if they were looking to upgrade or get a new device!!
