I went to the Bromsgrove store to sort out my access to my account. I spoke to Imran and Cian who sorted the issue really quickly. Also I mentioned i was travelling abroad and checked the charges.... Zobacz więcej

I came in at just before close, Cian and Imran were happy to help beyond working hours which was really appreciated. They showed me the best deals and took the time to explain any initial concerns.

Cian and the team at bromsgrove…

Cian and the team at bromsgrove Vodafone were amazing today when I went in to upgrade my phone and plan. Cian explained everything clearly and saw how I could save money which at the moment is a bouns. I would thoroughly recommended the branch to anyone thank you

Helpful staff

Anis was very helpful and gave an honest assessment regarding which phone would be best for my needs. He was friendly and approachable. Although new to the role he managed all the new systems well.

Perfect service!

Excellent work from the team at bromsgrove. Cian and Namira were perfect and got me a great deal on my sim and broadband! They even had to deal with a difficult customer which they handled perfectly. 10/10
