Went in to store to transfer data from old phone to my new one and Luke made us feel so welcome and talked us through the whole process. He is a asset to the team and we will definitely come back in for anything

I was served today by Luke. He was extremely helpful. Talked me through all my options. He was very professional yet at the same time friendly. He answered all my questions and helped me find the best deal for me. Would definitely go back to Luke at Braintree if I needed any further assistance.

Luke was a fantastic help to me getting an issue with my handset sorted and setting me up with a much better monthly plan than I was on elsewhere, could not have been made to feel more comfortable.

Knowledgeable staff member no pushy sales gave me all the options available unless some store experiences where you get sold what they want you to buy not what’s best for you
I can only presume it’s under new management at this franchise as they were appalling before
