Really happy with Erik at Boston Vodafone! Came in with my partner noticed some promotions on the account was able to change me from a standard pay as you go to a monthly sim that I will get much more for but pay the same as before! Couldn't recommend enough!

Erik in The Boston Vodafone store has helped me out massively! Contract for sim card had ran out and noticed I was overpaying. Erik found me The perfect deal and massively reduced The bill. Excellent service! Really recommend!

Erik at the Boston store was fantastic. Came in after I have lost my phone and wanted to get a new sim. He was able to get me a new sim and provide me with a new phone for less than I was paying! Highly recommend the store!

Exellent customer service
Exellent customer service. I came to the Boston store with some questions about my current phone plans and can I get as well a laptop on top of existings plans. Erikas was very kind and helpful to answer my questions. Erikas explained everything clearly and sorted everything professionally.

I came to the Boston store today…
I came to the Boston store today explaining our current phone situation, my phone was faulty, my husbands contract was coming to an end and my daughter needed something reliable.
The lady who helped us asked us what we wanted from our phones and met all our needs.

Amazing service to find us better plans…
Amazing service to find us better plans and adding an extra sim card. Great at working around my 2 young children (one was even sick and he offered to clear it up). Great service today

Drunken mistake
Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Vodafone Boston store,
Unfortunately a drunken me locked my phone with the pattern security and I couldn't remember what it was.
Was greeted with a warm smile and a welcome by Lana .
I explained the problem and then advised the phone would have to be sent off ( 10 days) wait.
That was my only option, however my contract was looked at , and the good news was I was able to upgrade to the galaxy S24
Lana had explained everything and went through the contract and making sure that I was understanding the upgrade and readjusting my plan/ contract, as there was a promotion running.
After an hour I finally had a phone with my sim card, I just download all my apps.
Thank you to Lana for all her help and advice, and also the other staff as well.
** note to myself leave my phone alone or switch off ** ( after a few drinks ) :)
