Upgrade your retail systems
Let's be clear, the operator in the shop was extremely attentive, several years of experience of the software, knowledgeable & helpful. Clearly the computer systems they are working with are old, cumbersome & slow, which hampers shop staff in handling enquiries & making sales efficiently & speedily.
