Fabulous Staff
We were welcome from the moment we walked in the shop at Berwick-upon-Tweed, all the staff were very courteous, helpful & kind.
They couldn't do enough for us. Would definitely recommend them to anybody. Deserve more than 5*

Top service
Popped into the Berwick store today to look for a mobile deal for both myself and my wife. All staff were very cheery and helpful. Kirstie managed to get us a deal that saved us some money. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely use this branch next time.

Brilliant Service In store.
Store has been a fantastic help despite ongoing signal issues in the area. Each time I visit the store they're full of answers and explain the steps they are making to try and fix the issue.

CHLOE in Berwick upon Tweed Branch is absolutely brilliant—sorted out everything in an excellent manner. I had no signal from another provider but now have a great signal from Vodafone which seems to be the best provider in this area so please thank Chloe !
