Bradley in Bedford is a star
Bradley in Bedford is a star! I drove 1 hour from his old store to his new store just to see him!
The store was busy but the guys handled it amazingly!
Bradley was with me for over 2 hours making sure every detail was correct!
He his the sole reason I will stay with Vodafone, a try champ of customer service and a credit to Vodafone!
He is the best!

Bedford Store Staff greatly assist in addressing problem with credit scoring algorithm
In an ideal world I would be able to split this review into 2 parts, giving 5 stars for the effoprts of the staff of the Vodafone store in Bedford to help my wife and I resolve our issue but only 2 stars for the support they received from helpdesk staff in doing so.
The problem arose because my wife run a small IT consultancy and have used Vodafone for more than 20 years to provide phones and later tablets to staff. We were told by Vodafone back in 2016 that we were not big enough to make switching to a full business plan but have continued to pay our bills via our company bank account. This has never been a problem until this year when we were initially not allowed to upgrade one of our existing phones. the problem was that your new systems do not allow you to credit check a company account in this context. We were asked to provide a personal bank account instead but this then failed the id check as it is not the account associated with the current contracts. At that point we were faced either with buying a new handset ourselves and continuing with a SIM only contract or moving to supplier altogether after almost 30 years with Vodafone. Happily however the perseistence of your team in Bedford (over 4 separate visits to the store) was eventually enough to get the block lifted and my wife was finally able to get the upgrade she wanted. So thanks once again to your staff in Bedford . As someone who delivers large scale IT projects for a living howeevr i would suggest that your current credit scoriong algorithm needs some work to prevent issues like this occurring to others in our situation

Vodaphone broadband, Can give a zero rating
I opted for vodaphone broadband in sept and a router arrived on 24 with fibre install due on 8th Oct , then I had a txt saying there was a delay but then I heard nothing, I've email and chatted only to be be cutoff I'm disgusted with Thier cust service.
Finally got through to chat line only to get told I didn't have an order in so I sent web reg and was told the install date was lost so had to book another which can't help done till 1 nov as BT are involved, I've complained to Vodafone phone as I'm now on full price with previous provider.
I will persist until I can get a date then access if I continue with this awful company

Great in store service
