I came in to Vodafone and was looking to leave due to some issues with the network etc. but Lauren not only convinced me to stay, but gave me a great deal which helped me out so much. She is truly an asset to the store and the company! Bravo

Vodafone Bangor Deiniol Centre
Theo was brilliant, professional and calm.
He understood what I needed, went through my needs and even explored additional products which I suited my needs.
He wasn’t pushy or rude, and only wanted to help and was understanding if my visit did not end with a sale.
I did end up upgrading my contract with Theo and he even managed to save me money, informing me that I am able to come back later on in the year if I did change my mind about a new phone.
Theo is by far an outstanding example of what Vodadone offers and I certainly be returning to see himself and his lovely colleagues who were all so accommodating.
