Adam in store was a fantastic help in converting my Irish contract into a UK sim deal where both numbers can still operate. He also added my son’s Irish phone to the contract. A brilliant service

Viken was excellent in store today

Viken was excellent in store today, he helped me within minutes of doing a sim swap. However I spent over an hour on the phone to the call centre with no help, the person was not helpful he said his name was Robert. I run my own business and this was very inconvenient for me, I habe now lost half a days work sorting the other sim card to be able to contact my customers.

I had to drive down to the store which took another 2 hours out of my day. I am not happy with the service that was provided over the phone.

Absolutely appalling

Absolutely appalling.
I recently got totally stitched up by these.
I broke my old phones screen by accident but needed a new one ASAP for 2 days later as I was going abroad, so hurriedly went down to my local store to get a new phone.
Well I still had 5 months on my old contract going, so had to end up paying for 2 contracts at the same time.
Anyway, I eventually paid off my old contract and just kept paying on the new one, but I've only just recently found out, I have 2 separate bills with these lot, one bill that is paying for the airtime (£24.80) and one other bill paying for a device which has they say is worth £648 (is a Samsung Galaxy S24 FE 128GB Mint 5G really that expensive?) which I pay £18 a month to pay it off, which has upped the cost of my bills of which I never expected.
This was NOT explained to me, I was with Three for 6 years before these lot and had one bill only, not 2 separate ones, I believe they are on a scam.
Now tied to them till 2027 and will never use these lot ever again.
Beware the small print and dodgy sales people!

DM? This isnt a chat site or social media. This is a cop out answer and proves your contempt for customer care!
I contacted someone via the chat on app and all I got told, constantly, was I signed a 36 month contract for the unit and that's that!! 36 months and 2 separate bills, I knew nothing about, one for the phone and one for using it. Absolutely preposterous!!
Can't wait for it to be over! No stars for this!!
