Amazing experience, my old phone was running slow and I didn't have enough storage. Ibby helped me get a new device for the similar price that I'm currently paying and also helped me transfer everything over from my old phone to the new phone.

Well yesterday I thought I would go back to Vodafone heard they improved. How wrong was i ! Took a deal sim only told the adviser I had my pac code but as I haven't got a Vodafone sim i wont get it ported over the adviser said its fine I can port the number next week just give it me now I did i signed up for a 18month deal sim only come off the phone and get text messages thank you for your two orders!!! Then a text saying my number port was happening today ! Loads of calls to Vodafone. Sorry too late but go and get a sim from a Vodafone shop I go to the shop only to be told sorry because the port is happening we don't have a number so cant give you a sim card!!!!my text messages saying my sim is being delivered today guess what no it hasn't i knew it wouldn't arrive now my number has ported but no sim so yes you guessed it back to Vodafone shop tomorrow morning to try and get a replacement sim. If not I have to wait for the sim to come as soon as it arrives I will be requesting my pac code and cancel it awful company and service obviously nothing has changed so now ive no way of making calls .disgusting and already looking for another provider the staff at altrincham was good update my sim card arrived this morning!back to Vodafone altrincham both the guys in there was great and very understanding. They tried both sims put the right one in and am up and running sorry I couldn't remember their names but both were a credit to Vodafone altrincham store maybe put these guys on the phone lines they will get you more better reviews and customers!thanks again guys appreciated what you done for me. Vodafone try learning more from the two guys in customer service

I had just bought a mobile wifi router and needed to buy a data sim. Even though I'm with 02, I popped into Vodafone, Altrincham and spoke with Syed Ibrahim. What can I say, he was brilliant. Was able to get me a deal on both a data sim and a mobile sim. At the moment, I'm just using the mobile sim for data as I'm still contract with 02 but once that is up will be moving to Vodafone. Luckily, I have a dual sim card phone. Syed was polite, friendly and really helpful. Highly recommend Vodafone, Altrincham.

Just taken out two phone contracts with Sami at Vodafone Altrincham. He was very professional and friendly and did a brilliant job. Hopefully I’m going to get better coverage than my old company and save a lot of money in the process. It wonderful when you can actually go into a shop and get very useful advice. 👍

I have just been in Vodafone Altrincham to get my phone updated. Not being very technical I found Samuel very patient and went through all my options and made it very clear. I now have a new updated phone and combined with my broadband at a very good price. The service was excellent and I am very pleased all very stressed free.
