I'm really satisfied with the product overall! Both the Ledger Nano and the MacBook cover are fantastic and meet all my expectations. The quality is excellent, and they both look amazing. However, I did notice that the seal on the Ledger Nano was already opened when I received it, which was a bit disappointing. I reached out to the online team, and they kindly offered to provide further assistance by suggesting I visit the nearest store, but unfortunately, I don't have the time for that. I do feel that, given the brand's strong reputation, products should arrive sealed and trustworthy. Despite this, the rest of my experience has been great, and I'm still very happy with my purchase. This has been one of the most disappointing online shopping experiences I’ve ever encountered. It’s shocking that a multinational company operates with such unprofessional customer service and a flawed system. Items are shown as "in stock," but after completing the purchase, the order is canceled two days later due to unavailability.

I strongly believe that the brand urgently needs to audit the quality of its online services in the UAE. Such practices not only reflect poorly on the company but also risk tarnishing its reputation in this market.

They should remove note about 1-2 day delivery, I have to search for birthday gift at last moment because even 4 days not enough for them. Despite overpriced items.

Really bad customer service. Booked Event tickets online on their ticket website - they alloyed the three tickets in different enclosures due to some glitch in their system and refused to refund. The customer service person kept using the word ‘sadly’ and kept apologizing however refused to correct the situation with refund. Stay away far far away from booking on their website.

Complaint Regarding Delayed Order and Poor Customer Service

I placed an online order and made payment expecting delivery within the stated 1-2 working days. It has now been 3 days, and my order status remains “in process.” Despite contacting customer service, I was informed that my issue had been “escalated.” However, no updates, explanations, or resolutions have been provided.

This lack of communication and accountability reflects poorly on the company’s operational efficiency and customer care processes. Such delays and inadequate responses not only breach customer trust but also potentially violate consumer protection laws in the UAE, which mandate timely delivery and transparent communication.

I urge the management, including the CEO, to address these systemic issues immediately. Delays like this damage both business reputation and customer relationships.

Regrettably, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company. I will also be sharing my concerns with others to help them make informed decisions. I hope the company prioritizes rectifying such practices to avoid further dissatisfaction among its customers.

Don't order anything online. I ordered a Xmas gift and followed up after not receiving the item. I contacted them on whatsapp and they casually told me there was an issue with the item and they didn't know when it would be delivered. After asking why they hadn't informed me as it was now too late to order something else, they said they had emailed me which wasn't true.
You would think especially being the lead up to Xmas they would be more considerate .

I'm very disappointed with the service. The chat support agents seem more focused on closing conversations than actually helping. The delivery process has been a mess, and follow-up has been just as frustrating. There's no clear way to address my concerns.

Placed an order and it was supposed to be delivered on the same day or next day. This is day 6 and still says in transit. Customer care is no help and not able to provide a compensation, only useless apologies. Not only the order is not delivered but also it was sent to wrong address, so I end up dealing with Virgin and Aramex AI. 3rd time contacting the customer service I asked I want to register a formal complaint, and they said they would send the message to "relevant team". I asked for proof, and they ended the chat. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

So I ordered a hydro flask on their app. It has specifically mentioned same day to 2 days delivery.
On the 2nd day of ordering it, I could still see that my order was still under process which concerned me but I still hoped it would be delivered. That is until yesterday when I received a cancellation email about my order. Please don't buy from Virgin it is overpriced and is a waste of time.

A very bad experience
I bought a keyboard stand only to open and find that it was broken. I went back to virgin mega store in Qatar and they told me that they cannot refund or exchange as the item was given to me in a seal box.
I tried showing them their policies and regulations and still they said they cannot do anything. As a customer I did not have any say. I had to accept that I lost my money.

Virgin UAE offers a terrible customer service - never use - total waste of time go direct to suppliers.

Never buy at Virgin, because it is not virgin. The prices for the same product are 40% higher. Please first compare at internet before you buy. And dont listen to the vendors, they advise only for sale.

I purchased a misinformed product from Virgin and once I realized the product is not the one reflected on the picture of the box tried to return back to the store which was rejected as the box was open . Very poor customer service as the product was sold with wrong information and no responsibility being accepted by virgin

4 months ago I made an order (7173691) at virginmegastore.ae, canceled it because it took a long time to deliver and still have not received the money for the order...

Worst experience with virgin megastrore qatar. I usually don’t buy from it but once I did I regret it. I bought kids watch for my daughter. I had to pay 399 to learn the difference between water resistant and water proof. The staff did not explain anything and that if the watch goes in water it will be completely damaged. Sent it to repair under warranty and they did not accept it. It was damaged just after 10 days from the day I bought it. And I had to follow up myself about the repair process they left me without feedback for 2 weeks until I called.

Pathetic service, worst customer support team !! False comments of delivering in 2 days , it’s been 5 days already still item is not yet delivered

I love the vibe and various stuff inside the physical store. Visit it regularly with the whole family. But when you need to order something as a gift or because the item is too big, just forget about it. They are constantly referring to a supplier with no status of your delivery. My last order (which was actually a gift) had dispatched status for one week. ONE WEEK! Ridiculous.

Just google it before ordering something online. You will find more faster and cheaper options.
