My order two much late

My order two much late, IAM waiting long time message from them to tell me no to collect my items from nearing collection point ,no message came,when I called them they gave no by phone evening,next day I went to bring order by the no that I got ,but unfortunately the itemswere returned back.

Extremely disappointed and upset…

I am extremely disappointed and upset with Brands For Less.

I was clearly told on April 9 by customer support that my order would be available for store pickup that day. Based on that assurance, I planned around it and expected the item to be ready. I was even told, “yes, you should be able to claim it today.” But that did not happen.

What made the experience even worse was that when I went to the store on April 9, I was not met with understanding or accountability. Instead, I was even lectured by in-store employees about how the status works and when the order would be available, as if the issue was my misunderstanding and not the false assurance already given to me by their own team.

By April 12, the order was still not available. I contacted support again because I badly needed the item that night, and instead of getting a real solution, I received more vague promises like “as soon as possible” and “today or by tomorrow at the latest.” That is not acceptable when your app already promised delivery within 2 days and your own staff had already given me false assurance days earlier.

What made this even more frustrating was that I had already wasted time and effort going to the store expecting the item to be there. I also explained that I have responsibilities at home and cannot easily leave my child with special needs just to keep checking whether Brands For Less has finally done what it promised. Instead of resolving the issue in a meaningful way, they offered me a discount voucher for a future purchase, which felt dismissive and honestly insulting considering the stress and inconvenience this caused.

The worst part is the lack of accountability. The order was placed with Brands For Less, so passing blame to the courier or hiding behind “company policy” is not professional. Customers deserve honesty, proper updates, and solutions — not repeated promises that turn out to be untrue.

This experience was stressful, frustrating, upsetting, and deeply disappointing. I will think very carefully before ordering from them again.

My account has been compromised by a criminal

My account has been compromised and this is now a serious security issue.

I have been trying to resolve this for over a day, and not only am I receiving copy-paste responses, but I am also being told that they cannot call me due to “technical issues.” There is no working phone support available.

This is completely unacceptable for a company handling customer data and payments. In a situation involving a hacked account, immediate human support is required — not chat scripts and excuses.

I have requested a call multiple times and have been ignored. If this is not urgently escalated and resolved, I will file a formal complaint with UAE consumer protection authorities.

This experience has been extremely stressful and unprofessional.

I paid for express delivery but my order was delayed for several days and I had to follow up multiple times with customer service. While I received AED 12 credit, it does not reflect the inconvenience caused. I expected a much better experience from Brand For Less.

I am not satisfied with your service because i order my things and your i didnot received my order you delivery man didnot coctact me by any way and he said he put the things infornt of door he took picture and send in their office but he didnot call me and didnot send me any picture then i missed that itemsonly i received the email your items is delivered when we checked camera no body we find at that time on camera

Brand For Less sells faulty goods, and all warantee void once goods sold

I bought a pair Adidas shoes from Brand for less in November 2025, and gifted it to my sister in December 2025. I just came to my sister's home now in February. I found the shose I bought for sister is already torn wide open after few times of using. I informed Adidas, they told this shoes has 2 years of warranty. I could inform BFL for return or compensation. So, I informed BFL and they refused to do any rectification and they just offered 10% off for next purchase. I got so angry because I got so embarrassed in front of my sister, and my money was just wasted like that. I swear I will never ever buy anythings from BFL.

The worst experience shopping in the store. I was insulted by one of the store keeper. I complained at the same time to his manager and left a complaint note at the same time in their book. Took a screenshot and sent it to The Sr. Management for action. Received complaint No. and was promised a call from them. Despite many follow ups nothing happened, never received their call. They mock customers and disregard their experiences. I believe This must be their culture. Also, beware the materials mentioned on website don't match reality. What is mentioned "leather" is more often than not polyurethane or generally synthetic leather. The quality of items are also questionable. Last time I tried shoes, the entire sole 'ame out of one of the shoe!

The worst customer experience ever

The worst customer experience ever. I was expecting an item to be shipped. I called the customer service several times and each time they promised that they will take action and will monitor my order. Someone even told me that it is out for delivery and will be available the same day or early next day. The following day, since there is no update, I called the customer service again and now they are saying that she didn’t know where the parcel is and it needed to be investigated. This is so disappointing and frustrating since this was not the first time this happened.

A really poor experience.

A really poor experience, especially when the mistake was small and you called immediately. A customer service team should at least try to help or explain options properly, not just shut down.
After placing my order, I immediately realized that I had not updated the pickup location. I contacted customer service right away to request a simple change from Al Wahda branch to WTC branch. Unfortunately, the agent refused outright and stated that no changes could be made.
I explained that what if I am based in Dubai and that the order was mistakenly placed for Abu Dhabi. The only solution given to me was to cancel the order and place a new one. No effort was made to assist further, suggest alternatives, or even note the concern in the system.
What was most disappointing was the lack of empathy and support. A customer service representative should aim to help customers, especially when the issue is reported immediately. Instead, I was left with no option but to travel to al Wahda to pick up the item myself, resulting in an additional taxi expense of AED 30—far more than the AED 13 delivery fee I was trying to save.
This experience defeats the purpose of having a customer service team. Simply advising customers to cancel and reorder without offering real assistance is not customer support.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve your service, as this experience has been extremely frustrating and inconvenient.

I purchased a black Tommy Jeans pair of…

I purchased a black Tommy Jeans pair of trousers from Brand For Less.

During the first wear, the fabric tore from the back side without any excessive force. The material behaves as if it is rotten or severely deteriorated. Wherever I touched or slightly pulled, the fabric continued to tear easily.

This is clearly not a misuse issue or a size-related problem, but a serious fabric quality or manufacturing defect. A product from an international brand like Tommy Jeans is expected to meet basic durability standards, which this item clearly failed to meet.

I contacted customer service, but unfortunately no solution was offered, and the issue was not resolved.

I consider this product defective and unacceptable for sale, and I am requesting an appropriate resolution, such as a refund or replacement.

They need to work on their customer…

They need to work on their customer service and support team, both lack professionalism. They need to make less lies and keep their promises instead. When a customer requests a return, just do it, and don't force them to ask for it 4 or 5 times and in spite of that it will not be collected, you tell the customer better for you to return it to the branch physically. If I order online, why should I return physically. Complete mess, no experience, no professionalism!!! Please, check other online stores how they operate and how they make life easy to their customers. I'm not writing this after one experience, it is maybe after 15 or more terrible experiences with Brand For less.

If there was a rating below 1, I would…

If there was a rating below 1, I would surely have used it. These people want to scam you on the pretext of your birth date by using the data they have to send you a birthday code that does not work. The whole purpose is to have you hooked and looking for things. In the end the birthday code does not work. When raised an issue through their app an agent will try to pacify you with short sweet one liners pretending to help you. Total boycott from my side. Don't fall for this please.

Don’t buy from them they are thieves they are not refunding you in case you returned their items they hold your money in theirs wallet in the app not on your bank account they care about their benefits not about costumer service or reputation and their iteams are not brands they are fake!!!!

Today i visited Abu Dhabi mall outlet…

Today i visited Abu Dhabi mall outlet and purchased one item. Before i made the purchased i confirm the price before cause it was in the discounted corner. And when i billed it the cashier punched a different value. I asked them to return and cancel it. They cancelled the bill and didn't gave me any cancelled bill or payment revoke invoice physically and just asked me to take a picture of a bill for my reference. It was not my mistake and at the same time they should refund my money. They said it will take 14 to 15 days to receive the refund which is not acceptable at all. The cashier was so disrespectful because of the return and smiled at me with bad manner. It's very shame. Check your footages and get back to me.

Total scam

Total scam. Do NOT BUY ANYTHING from online. They do NOT actually return your money to you even though they claim that they have refunded your money. I asked them to provide bank transaction reference, they couldn’t give anything but kept giving false assurance ghat they will refund as soon as possible. And they just simply block your number if you keep trying to follow up with the refund! Completely scam in broad daylight.
