Vines of Gatwick BMW Recenzje 

The car was bought in January from BMW Berry Croydon in January. It was nearly 5 years old and came with the BMW 12 month warranty. It suffered a catastrophic loss of engine coolant. I could get no reply from the Berry dealership. BMW Recovery arrived and I asked for the car to be delivered to Rosie Gilles at BMW Gatwick. We could not have been in better hands. We had received great service from her and the Vines fab team before. Rosie kept us FULLY informed with videos and messages.She really went the extra mile to try and help. Utterly brilliant service and the car is now back with us. THANK YOU Rosie and VINES Gatwick. AWESOME 🙌🏼

I have to say this is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. My BMW is eight months old and apparently not under warranty for the radar system that is on the front of it. I was accused of hitting a pothole at speed with no proof to prove this, however no damage to the Tyres or wheels and a cost of £250 to me just for them to look at it I also have the car on a lease agreement with full cover and they would not cover it either not only that the woman that I dealt with completely lied to me about an issue rather than actually going to find out the truth. Shocking company I have been onto head office and still waiting for a reply from them. I will never ever go to Gatwick BMW again. There is one in Horley, which is only around the corner. I suggest everybody go there instead of this place. !

Good experience and attentive staff. Car service very straightforward. I had a sit and wait appointment and had to wait over 2 1/2 hours (I was told it would be around 2 hours) but satisfied with level of service. Thank you.

Turnt up, courtesy car wasn't ready, was promised on the phone a bmw. Instead they called enterprise and I had a mokka.
Explained my frustration ,they said they couldn't do anything.
Enterprise told us they only booked it 5 minutes ago.
Also the day after we left garage we now have the tyre pressure sensor broken and not reading.
Also when we arrived, we was just told to give them the keys, and not explained anything.
Won't use this bmw garage again.

A massive thanks to Toni Lebedova who was one of the best Sales Execs I’ve dealt with since buying several BMW’s over the years. Really appreciated the prompt responses and attention to
detail. Never tried to not answer any of my 100 questions and was transparent throughout. Very nice and friendly too which helped the transaction go nice and smoothly on the day!

Also a big thanks to Jed Callan, the Approved Used Sales manager who very helpful and took the time out to speak to me direct on the handover day. There were a couple of minor issues which Jed personally attended to and asked his team to resolve whilst I was there to avoid any further trips.

Both Toni and Jed also followed up to ensure I got home safely ( 3 hour drive) and all was good with the car.

Don’t really get this level of service these days so I was very impressed and will be sure to come back to Jed and Toni for my next upgrade!

I purchased my X5 from Vines in Gatwick and, while I’m obviously not happy that the car developed a malfunction the very next day, the after-sales care I received from Jed, the Used Car Sales Manager, was second to none.

The malfunction happened on Friday at around 3pm, just as I was preparing to travel to Europe. We were trying to deal with BMW Assistance, but because the car was newly purchased, we were having issues with the warranty registration. Jed was fantastic. Despite it being after 5pm and having no obligation to continue dealing with the issue, he stayed in contact with me and worked tirelessly to try and find a solution until around 9pm.

The car was eventually collected by recovery on Friday evening, although unfortunately it wasn’t delivered to the workshop until Monday. Throughout the weekend, Jed kept me updated from Saturday right through to the car arriving at the workshop and being fixed.

With my trip to Europe only days away, Jed and I explored every possible option to try and get me back on the road, including looking at whether a courtesy vehicle could be arranged that would allow me to travel to Europe at such short notice. In the end, I had to purchase a cheap 7-seater to make the trip, which thankfully did the job and I can now sell back.

For me, Jed genuinely went above and beyond. He clearly cares about his customers and takes great pride in what he does, and he really wears his heart on his sleeve. His commitment and communication throughout what was a very stressful situation made a huge difference.

Because of this experience, when I’m looking to purchase another vehicle in the future, I will definitely check what Jed has in his inventory before looking elsewhere. I know that if I buy from him, the after-sales support will be exceptional.

My bmw traveller was in for a recall repair. The service from start to finish was excellent. A young girl I believe her name was Minati was outstanding when we arrived in a rush to catch a train and also at the pick up when we returned earlier than expected. Well done also to all involved in the task.
