I haven’t received the purchased item…

I haven’t received the purchased item yet. I asked about the estimated delivery date by email but no one reply me. I am very shocked because while I am waiting for the reply, the product price was dropped by $110. I paid a lot of money for the item, so I need to receive the item immediately and I think I should take $110 discount. I am very disappointed and I don’t know what to do…I hope someone will contact me.

I love this brand however after what I…

I love this brand however after what I have experienced made me hate this label, it has the worst customer service and won’t even try to resolve the issue. I bought products online in their official website and they delivered it only to find out that one of the perfume i ordered was missing. I asked for a replacement and since they said it’s out of stock they couldn’t offer the almost same product, value of the product I ordered was $157 and I was asking for a replacement of almost exact item worth $155 and did not reply on the email I sent and just gave the refund. Horrible experience. Told my friends and family not to buy anything from this brand ever.
