the staff was very personable and helpful. Especially Sachin and Deepak and Julius. While small, the rooms were comfortable and keep very clean. The excusions were both fun and educational. We had a very good time.

We loved everything about our cruise. Food was excellent, excursions were great! Staff were wonderful!! Edward our server was amazing! Jo who took care of our room did a great job!! Loved all of it!!

This cruise turned out to be way more than we expected. Coming from New England we had no idea how different the Great Lakes are. The shore excursions were flawless and every port so different. Inside the ship became home because we were at home the way we were treated. In the dining room waiter Max could not do any thing more for us because he extended himself way beyond normal. Our cabin steward Ivan was very accommodating. The bar service was great due to Jose and Sachin making things fun.

The trip was great. The employees were all ways helpful, and very polite. The excursion were well executed. The talks in the afternoon were very informative. I would have liked to have lemonade as an option for a drink. I do not drink alcohol so I didn’t think to see if there was an option for nonalcoholic drinks. Also did realize that “light roast” coffee was decaf. On the machine.

Staff amazing. Especially servers Rechiell and Maximillian and cabin steward Achmed. Food was great, entertainment was good

we have taken a number of cruises. This one provided the best service and food. Cabin 344 Ahmed was our attendant.... excellent/consistent/always available... brought mini fridge for our medication.

Over the top pleasant service... believe they were genuine.

Food wonderful, great and varied options. Uno and staff in grill helpful and cheerful every morning.

Everything clean and straight forward.

Put my water bottle on top of the cabinet and it fell down behind the drawers, couldn't figure out how to get it... so hopefully it won't roll and make noise for the next guests. Scott Longacre

I think you are doing a lot of things right! All the staff was helpful and friendly, even the ones whose jobs were not passenger related! Most of the excursions were interesting and informative. The rooms are a little small but everything else was comfortable and spacious

Great service everywhere. Super clean everywhere. Just would like more daytime sailing. But not much outdoor seating to enjoy that. Very loud on rooftop seating area.

I really like the staff to patron ratio.
Staff was so professional & helpful and really tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
Loved the itinerary, and all it had to offer.
Please be a little more explicit on the time of last post excursion and the time it ends and time it gets to airport. That was not clear so we did not do . May have made our day better had we known for sure when it was to be at the airport from the excursion.
That was my only suggestion.

Wonderful staff, terrific and varied food. Excellent lectures, good side trips with excellent coordination with guides at destination. House Band was great and offered varied music. Daily maid Ari was wonderful.

I tried Victory Cruises for the first time for a Great Lakes Chicago to Toronto voyage. Terrific experience! Great crew, food, band, and shore excursions. I will go on additional cruises with this company.

Crew and service were excellent. Major TV channels would be good.

Excellent service from staff, Food and food service in the compass room , dining room and grill was BEYOND EXPECTATIONS.

Staff were very gracious and accommodating. They all wanted us to have a great time. Food was very good as were the beverages. The excursions were excellent.

The staff on our cruise was magnificent. The only negative I have a victory. Cruises is that I could not tip. The people who made my wife’s and my trip so fantastic with full financial benefit benefits. All the Cruises we have been on with other cruise lines allow me to drop the gratuities and pay our special people personally. Due to victories policy, we will not be using their cruise line again, unless that changes with gratuities..

The ship is small compared to standard cruise ships so it can cruise the great lakes, but it has everything you need and is very comfortable, the cabins are nice the lounge and dining room is excellent. The food is excellent and the intertainment was very good. But above everything else the staff and crew were fantastic.

Service staff on boat were exceptional. Food choice and meals were excellent. Boat is clean and fully equipped. Shore excursions were interesting and well organized. First small ship cruise, pleasantly surprised.
