I loved the culture of this small ship and how accessible and open all staff were with passengers. I would love to see this cruise line add other locations.
Louie was amazing and very skilled and personable. I will also mention Maria in the dining room. Exceptional service!

Hated being forced to use our phone app to see daily schedule and bookings. Hated not getting a daily event schedule and I heard many people share same feelings. We want our paper back. I don’t want to go to the pursers desk for a print out. Most crew were nice and some very friendly, but I experienced 2 extremely rude waiters at dinner which not only ruined my dining experience but caused me to avoid that dining area. One announced loudly so the whole table heard sarcastically”you’re the boss” when I told him quietly that he had gotten my order wrong twice! Dining areas are very noisy. Not enough emphasis on washing/hygiene..several times there were people in the dining room with loud productive serious coughing with expectorations. Gross.

Staff was GREAT, on top of every thing to make your trip good!! Entertainment was Great. Food was ok, but heard many comments that they would rather have more simple meals.

Too much down time, you should have karaoke and bridge and other games.

All of the staff were amazing! They were friendly, courteous, fun, respectful and helpful in every way. Wendy does a tremendous job, the band (Nicole, Sean and Jeremy) were outstanding and the particular servers I remember are Jeff, Maria, and Mornii, but they all were wonderful. Thank you for an outstanding experience!

I thoroughly enjoyed my entire experience on victory too. The service was wonderful as was the food. All of my excursions were very enjoyable.

Shout out to the great service of our servers Maria and Sarah, our bartenters Rey and Jerich, our room steward Louie! They were fantastic; working above and beyond.
The quality and variety of the food were very good! Shout out to executive chef Ross.
All employees were very friendly and always helpful.
Lastly, shout out to Wendy! She organized all excursions seamlessly and was always cheerful and personable!

Great people; great service; great food; great experiences

My mom and I went on the Great Lakes trip and the staff on the ship went above and beyond to accommodate all of the passengers on board. Our cabin steward Ari was the best. She always greeted us with a smile and made us feel so comfortable with her warmth.

The food was very good. The staff were all super friendly and attended to our every need. Ari was awesome! The ship was clean. The excursions were even better than we had hoped, but we felt very rushed at a couple of them. The talks were interesting and relevant. There could have been more staff serving appetizers at Happy Hour as we only got one or two the whole trip. Our room was extremely small and would have liked a place to comfortably sit in our room. We only could sleep there.

Everything was top notch and great! All positive, no negatives. We loved everything about our Victory II experience. We are not cruisers not world travelers, so we wondered if this trip would be “out of our league”, but it was an “out of this world” experience for us! Highly recommend. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Ports were interesting and well organized.

Great check in and check out procedures, delicious food, free beverages including alcohol was such a treat, excursions were well planned, tour guides were great and I especially like Driver Rafi and Badger Bob. Compass Lounge Prep Talks were interesting and helpful. Cabin service was excellent (shout out to Jo!).
Improvement needed: some excursion info was given with conflicting info....2 different departure times, for example, for the same excursion. All wait staff were excellent/polite/attentive (especially Preston and Jose!) ...with the exception of Ismael. Perhaps he just had a bad night. He treated us with an abruptness the entire meal, slung silverware hurriedly to where a knife fell down my back, spilled water on my husband, cut us off in mid-sentence.

The servers and housekeepers were excellent. Irene, housekeeper, went out of her way to make us comfortable. Maria, server, was excellent. Excursion director had a difficult time giving explanations of excursions

Staff was outstanding. Very professional, very thorough, very friendly, very polite. Accommodations were very nice. Bed was comfortable. Shower was waaaaay too small.

Food was good, but not great. Food service was outstanding. Tyronne made all the difference.

Would recommend better service for the television, even if it was only in the bar. Bar waiters and waitresses were great.

Cruise was generally smooth with the exception of one day. Bus service and drivers were excellent.

The land tour to the market was a joke and needs to be replaced with something much nicer and more interesting. Tour guides were all very good and professional.

I was a little concerned that Victory didn’t show up on my Great Lakes tour via the internet. But I’m very happy our travel agent found it. It is a smaller ship with small rooms but more than adequate. Wonderful staff and GREAT food. The portions are sized to not gain weight but with alcohol consumption I gained 6 pounds. Very interesting excursions and guides very knowledgeable. I will definitely go again most likely the Lake Superior one.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was outstanding in both the Grill & the Coaster Dinning Room. The music in the evening was outstanding. We had the the singer on a previously cruise line. The only negative thing was we thought at types the directions for the next day activities were not clearly explained.
