Don't go !

I promoted my music on the web,

But after 3 months, they didn't diffuse my releases !

I changed distributor, they answered me "All paiement is not refundable". (46,80 euro)

They answer you one time by month, and the person don't know the subject.

Artist pages have been padded with fake LLM generated reviews. These are full of empty phrases, inaccuracies and simply false statements that endanger the artist's reputation. It is impossible for the artist to correct this unless they register with Viberate.

Viberate admit some of the data they post on profiles is incorrect. This is a menace for artists and management as it's hidden behind a pay wall and pretty much like going to a job interview when the interviewer has a an incorrect profile on you.
Any profiles of artists should be accurate and have the acts/mgmt. permission particularly when errors can affect festival fees, slots etc.

I received great support from the Viberate team when I was confused about setting up and updating my artist's account. I also love how all the information is consolidated and organized. I highly recommend Viberate.

I use Viberate every week since it saves a lot of time when searching for artists by a specific genre and territory. It's an amazing tool for research on dance music artists, labels, and festivals. I wish to see a label discovery tool for all genres and countries. Great UI and the best premium account price on the market!

i claimed my bandpage once upon a time. viberate gives rich value in their analytics that is useful to me as an artist. i havent tried the pro/premium version yet but i might very soon. the extra data is probaby worth it.. customer service is great. do give it a try folks. many thanx for this page to the owners.
