Having first been made aware of the Prague Christmas Market deal on Groupon, I made contact with Viaholiday to clarify a number of queries I had. The assistance I received from the very personable Representative (Steve) was exceptional; not only did he fully address the queries, he also made suggestions to enhance our Prague break, which will result in far more time on-the-ground to sightsee and enjoy this renowned Christmas experience. Since making initial contact everything promised has come to fruition and continues to be so. Based on this experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending Viaholiday to family, friends and colleagues - totally seamless!

Mark Parker was the agent that helped me booking the holiday package, he was brilliant every single time I needed help going above and beyond - Looking for better flight times, alternative tours and hotel rooms.
I usually book holidays through the main providers online and seeing that this was my 1st time dealing with via holiday I had many questions, Mark was always patient, professional and helpful making the booking a lot easier. I definitely recommend!

Have not took the break yet so cannot comment, but the booking process was very professional so hopefully the break lives up to the same standard

The lady was very nice who did the booking for me although i was disappointed that i had to pay extra to change my flights as they were ridiculous times. I booked through Groupon and they need to change their policy when advertising to tell you the flight times, had i known this i wouldn't have booked as you lose 2 days of your holiday!

I booked a trip on groupon that happened to be with Via holidays. The advisor, on the phone when I called to book it was quite push and rushed through pretty much everything. The hotel wasn't available, so we're in the back up- rip off 1. The 3 day trip ended up being a 1 day trip due to flight times so now being locked into the groupon voucher meant I had to use it so I spend another £70 per person to actually be able to have 2 full days- rip off 2! Our names were spelt right however he sent me the wrong airport details. After initially feeling a little bullied, I was happy overall with my trip!
A few days later, I wanted to ask a few questions about transfers etc. 3 emails later,10 days after booking the trip no one is available to answer my questions! Ironic that the operator was 'helpful' when he wanted money but once the trip is booked absolutely no customer service! I also asked about whether (due to Brexit) they anticipate I will need to do anything. I mean who knows what's going to happen?! I got told to basically 'just call the embassy' which I this is a rather rude way of saying that they are not willing to help any further.

I would not recommend. Do not book with them. Once they have your money, they don't care anymore.
