Excellent customer service

I placed an online order for all stars duo playpen, delivery was quick but unfortunately I had a missing panel. After emailing customer service they arranged for the missing panel to be sent out the following day. The playpen is well made and a lovely design.
Thank you Venture for a lovely playpen.

Althoug they send the wrong colour of…

Althoug they send the wrong colour of the product, which arrived next day as they promised, they quickly resoved the issue when informed. Mistakes happen and how you handle them makes the difference, so many many thank to Venture UK team.

Fast delivery and the item is great!

It's so quick and easy to set up, and take down and feels pretty sturdy. I ordered the UV canopy too so my little boy and I can sit outside. Love it so far!

Bought the Aura pushchair by Venture…

Bought the Aura pushchair by Venture direct from there website and after having it for a week the brake has broken. Obviously this is not great for only having the item a week and it’s unsafe to but a baby in the pushchair when the brake doesn’t work. We’ve tried contacting them but have had no response at all. Very disappointed when it’s not a cheap item at all.

Excellent service and wonderful product

Venture UK were promot and extremely helpful when I sought their advice on a purchase and the product that has arrived is simply wonderful. Not only this, but the delivery was quick and easy despite us being located outside of the UK. I would recommend this company whole heartedly.
