Great service. Delivered intact, on time, and pretty much as expected. It wasn't entirely clear when ordering that the playpen wasn't fully adaptable. I read that it's shape could be altered and reconfigured but you are limited by certain factors like the floor tile end-piece options. Also similar products have moveable/pivotable fixings and it wasn't clear in the description online that these were rigid. Having said that, the product is probably more durable for that. A video demonstrating how to put it together would have been helpful.

Ordered as said next day delivery. Took 5 days to arrive because of bank hol/ weekend but no communication to tell me that was the case. Would have been better ordering off Amazon but wanted to deal with the company direct. Will stick to Amazon for a better delivery service next time

Great dog gate except that our Lurcher puppy, now adolescent chews it alot which is a challenge for any gate. Unfortunately no separate parts for the gates but given money off voucher as we'd got through 2 gates! Managed to modify the 2nd and keep it going quite a while. Fingers crossed the 3rd will last even longer.Best and easiest to use dog gate we've had and we've had quite a few with previous dogs

Based in Ireland, ordered direct from website & was shipped from venture next day, delivered to me within 2 days of ordering. Delighted with quality and sturdiness of the playpen. Would highly recommend. Anywhere else selling venture products were charging more on delivery and would take an extra 10 days longer to get to Ireland.

Great quality product, best size for our needs, the folding and locking mechanisms seem really robust yet very easy to use. We struggle for space, so having a playpen that could be easily folded away was pivotal and this product is genuinely fantastic at that (takes roughly 30 secs to fold up completely and perhaps 45 seconds to set it up again)

Seriously impressed with this company. I had questions before purchase, these were answered without delay. Then shipping was very fast and the product was/is excellent!
I feel like if I have any issues down the line support is available, have already recommended to a local creche owner who is looking to refit.

Amazingly fast despatch and I would have given 5 stars, but unfortunately you gave up accuracy for speed and an item was missing from my order. This was rectified without too much trouble after an email and Facebook message. I can only give 4 stars because of this - but that is still pretty good!

Great product and I feel very safe leaving my little one in the playpen if I nip out of the room to do a job. The sides of the playpen are tall so there's no chance mt little one can hop a leg over and escape. The fabric is breathable and also aesthetically looks lovely.
Only reason for 4 star and not 5 is delivery. Next day delivery is included as standard, but didn't recieve the product until 3 days later. One reason I bought through venture was for the next day delivery but this was not met.
