I was sent the wrong panel, so I called them the lady that answered was such a diamond, was lovely on the phone and sent the right panel the next day which was so handy would definitely recommend this company

Clear description of product and easy to order on website, delivered quickly and in good condition. Easy to assemble product - it is sturdy and can be changed into different shapes and sizes. If it needed it be stored it doesn't take up much room.

Firstly I was amazed that I received my order 24 hours after ordering it. Also the stroller itself is lovely and sturdy. The seat unit is padded and looks comfortable, with the option of reclined positions. I love the large wheels, which are great for going over uneven paving or rougher terrain, and for a generally smooth ride. I love the basket - not only is it roomy, its so easy to get things in and out. Plus the stroller looks so stylish. I must admit I was anxious about ordering a new brand from a company I hadn't heard of before, but I decided to take a gamble and I'm so glad I did. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend

The play pen we ordered arrived the next day. It is of a high quality and the little one is enjoying it.

Ordered a playpen which arrived very quickly. Can’t fault the ease of ordering and their delivery process. However after arriving, I discovered a seam that wasn’t stitched properly next to the zip. I have tried contacting their customer services to try exchange or get a replacement net - no reply. Personally, the quality of the product itself and their lack of aftercare service wasn’t worth the price.

The delivery by DPD wasn't good, as I've experienced with them in the past, I don't want this to reflect on the company as my one year old grandson loves his playpen, it is very well made, great quality and worth every penny.

My next day delivery from DPD states each day it will be delivered then moves to the next day. I have not received the items. Now says Monday - do these items actually exist. Annoying as I could have bought from Amazon and I need by Tuesday at the latest.
Upgraded as product arrived and was well packed and great. A bit difficult to get some of the ends on 1st time (needing a good bash) but once up easy to change configuration - Mats are good too. It’s the delivery that was the issue BUT talking to the DPD guys that are working flat out from 4am and Royal Mail strikes have increased demand.

Product has not been delivered after 5 days from supposed delivery date! Not sure DPD even attempted to deliver to my house! DPD are now going to deliver to pick up point that is nowhere near where I live! Appalling service!

I received my order within two days ,great service .I have not opened yet as it’s a Christmas present for my great granddaughter

Gate didn't stand up to my dogs. Manufacturers need to realise that when they supply a gate with extensions the gate needs to be strengthened. Also, the pressure fit doesn't work as well as your good old Lindam gates.

Really poor experience. Struggled to assemble the parts which I thought was a faulty product or a fault with design. Customer service took a lot of emails and they are refusing to sort the return leaving me to arrange my own courier at my own cost. They asked for a photo which is useless to show the issue, then they said as I refused to provide evidence (by that time I just gave up with them) so am now trying to sort posting back to them. Will provide another review if they actually give me a full refund or not. Given the product is to help parents of young children you’d expect better customer service as a base level. Shame as product looks great on website

This company is extremely helpful and happily solved an issue I had recently regarding a refund.
