I purchased a Pushchair and projector from Venture a few months ago. It was my first time shopping with them and I'm so glad I did.

I have had two queries and they solved them immediately.
The second time that I emailed was a couple of days ago, so maybe 3 months after I initially placed my order. After 3 months Venture didn't actually have to help me or send me a replacement projector, but they did straight away!

They are extremely polite, so understanding and quick to respond.
I don't usually write reviews but Venture are fantastic and I've had a very positive experience I would recommend them 100%!

For the Customers writing bad reviews about DPD or any other delivery company? I agree generally they all just need to improve, but you should go to their direct review pages to complain, instead of writing it here.

Very pleased with my playpen,grandson loves it

The travel cot is nice, but overpriced for what it is by about £30. The playpen is spacious, but forget about the suckers actually sticking to the floor. The instructions say you can boil them to restore suction, but I shouldn’t need to do that straight out of the box. Average at best and definitely don’t feel like it was worth what we paid.

Great product, arrived within a few days and was super easy to put together. It’s fantastic in that it contains my daughter in safe space but is still large enough that she still has plenty of room to explore!

Amazing service, delivery and the product is brilliant so well made and sturdy plus educational. My Grandson is nearly 6 months old so looking forward to using it soon

Delivery was sooo quick on the playpen i ordered for my twin grandchildren ..very happy with ease of putting together & sturdy quality..i feel in honesty the only thing that could be improved is quality of balls we actually threw those away before use very flimsy & dented didnt feel safe for the babies..

We received the duo playpen after some confusion as we initially thought it was the wrong one as on the box said 80 x 39 x 65 and we ordered a large one. However when we measured the box it was the box size and the playpen is correct. Therefore this playpen is very large and loads of room for our grandaughter to move around beautifully made and very safe and easy to assemble. Would absolutely recommend this product We went on the actual venture website and got it for 99.99 in sale so even better as they are priced at 139.99. Worth every penny thankyou very much Venture Karen Ward

Awful experience. When i received my Aura stroller, I thought it looked great and cosmetically no issues. I binned the box and used my stroller outside like any normal person would? Upon using my stroller a couple of times, my 1 year old son had learned how to unclip himself from the flimsy harness clip. I emailed to ask if I could return the stroller if I supplied a box paid for out of my own pocket, and was advised that if I sent the stroller back without the original box, and because I had actually used the stroller which would show signs of “wear” that I was not entitled for my money back.

A 1 year old child should not be able to open a harness on a stroller and I should not be refused my own money back, because of an issue with their stroller. The advisor behind the email had absolutely no empathy what so ever in listening to my reasoning behind wanting my money back. Will not be ordering again and just a heads up to people wanting to purchase the stroller, the clip is flimsy.

It’s such a sturdy play pen. Great for pulling themselves up to standing. Can be used indoors or out. Easily cleaned. So glad I purchased it
