Great renovation work
Rob, James and Tyler did an amazing job renovating our windows. They were incredibly friendly, efficient and left everything clean and tidy. Very grateful to them to now have beautiful draft proof windows.

Excellent service
Three new bespoke sash windows were installed by the Glasgow team. The whole process was straightforward and fairly quick too. Allan and Kevin who fitted them were brilliant - punctual, polite, highly efficient and tidied up after themselves. I couldn't ask for more really in terms of service! I have recommended them to a friend also looking for windows.

Ventrolla are not cheap however their product is top notch, and the delivery processes make them easy to deal with therefore I regard this as good value for money. They deliver exactly what they say and are straightforward and easy to deal with.
Scott and Andrew arrived on time, finished on time, and did an excellent job. The installed windows were fitted with a high finish - they cleaned up after themselves and we don’t need to do any re-decorating. After two days you couldn't tell they’d been in the house - they even re-hung the stair well window curtains for us (very high drop).

A very satisfied customer
This was the second time we’ve used Ventrolla on our listed house. Rob, James, and Tyler did a super job: tidily, quickly, minimum disruption = very good. The refurbished vertical sliding sashes are perfect. However, the cost is enormous; time will tell if it’s been worth it.

Met expectations but expensive
The installer, Karl was very considerate of our needs and routine and always left the workplace clean amd tidy. He also spotted a defect in one of the replacement windows and this was replaced quickly.
The replacement windows are well made and time will tell whether they meet their expectations wrt insulation and longevity.
Overall the work has beeen completed as expected given the high price being charged

Never responded to a recent enquiry to quote to replace some windows and previously when I asked for a written quote on another property it was never done and the person who called me just wanted to do everything over the phone....Lazy! A pity as the product looks good but lacking in customer service. First impression, last impression!

Repair to sash window
Very impressed with the whole experience. Very prompt response and professional in all respects. I had a sash window repaired and draught proofed. Derek was very helpful and carried out the work with minimal disruption. All rubbish was removed. Very positive experience.

Draughtproofing casement windows
The work, which was all beautifully done, involved installation of 3 newly made casements in one window and draught proofing of 2 other windows all in an elderly listed house. It had to be good and was. Not a bit of rot escaped the notice of the team and all was remedied with patience and good humour. The team of James, Rob and Tyler were a pleasure to have around and very efficient.

Confidence is high with this company
We are delighted with the sash double glazed window that was installed in an existing box frame. The company is efficient, easy to contact, pleasant to deal with and provided good prompt response to our queries. Their goal in achieving a very happy customer was achieved when they sent Rob, an excellent experienced fitter, to finish a couple of snags. New doors
New doors, new home! Gosh, the thought of having to go through all of the rigmoral to get this organised was quite daunting, however, I needn’t have worried! With the help of Simon and Paul on the paperwork, Emma, Jennie and Tom on scheduling and invoicing, and James Rob and Tyler on the fitting and snagging I’m so pleased with the outcome. The doors open perfectly (better than before!) and are draft proofed to within and inch of their lives! Leaving the house gorgeously toasty in this freezing weather. I really wasn’t looking forward to having all this done, but the guys were very friendly and professional. Did a great job of problem solving, and left the place cleaner than they found it! Thank you so much team! This is the second time I have used Ventrolla, having had Toby fit the system in our windows previously and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! I will definitely be calling on Ventrolla should I need a similar service in future! Great job team!

Refurb in Helensburgh
After an initial hiccup with the survey, the work of refurbishing our period sash windows was undertaken by Alan McDowell and his colleagues, Allan and Kevin. I have to say that, both in execution and materials used, the standard of work was exceptional. The workers were punctual, friendly, polite and very knowledgeable about their product. And despite the inconvenience, the guys were more than happy to accommodate into their workflow an independent tradesman that we had contracted to fit lead window trays and mullion aprons. Moreover, notwithstanding clearly difficult personal circumstances, Alan McDowell made a point of attending to the job and our requirements with self-less dedication and great professionalism. We could not be happier with the work done and the guys who did it. Thank you Alan, thank you Ventrolla.

Great service
Rob, James, & Tyler all turned up on time (about 7:45am-8am) all three days. They have done a great job with our sash windows and it was completed quickly! Thank you so much! All three gentlemen were lovely and nothing was ever too much trouble. Rob spoke to us about how they were fitted so that at a later date they can be painted with a final coat. Thank you all again.
