Great workmanship
The Ventrolla team renovated sash windows on the front of my house which required replacement of a couple of panes, balancing the weights, installing draft excluders and replacing windowsills for multiple windows; together with re-hanging my front door. The team (Damian, Lucas & Jakob) worked efficiently and were highly skilled. I’m very pleased with the results and have no hesitation to recommend the company.

Quickly fixed problem
I would have given 5 stars but could not because Ventrolla used the incorrect specifications when making 4 sash windows. However, they quickly admitted the problem and did everything they could to fix and install the correct windows at a later date without any cost to me. The installation team was great (professional and friendly), as well as Mollie, the Coordination Manager.

Great result, would recommend
Jake was about as conscientious a professional as you could wish for. Attention to detail, cleanliness and getting the job just how we wanted were admirable. Our sash windows are transformed, look stunning and function massively improved. I’ll be honest we initially thought Ventrolla a little more expensive but with the job done I’d say just good value for money — you definitely get what you pay for!

Mansion Doors and Surround
The team arrived on site, set up was professional, removed the old doors and surrounds in preparation for the delivery of the new doors and surround.
The engineers were polite/professional and did a fantastic job in my opinion.

Wow, what can I say about Ventrolla. I researched long and hard before taking the plunge and I’m absolutely blown away by the results. We dealt with Paul in Bristol who understood what I wanted from the start. Communication was fantastic throughout. Rob, James and Tyler just finished our two week installation, their work ethic, attention to detail and end result was to the highest standard. They were are a pleasure to meet. Great job
Ventrolla have been really great from the outset. Communicating what was needed clearly and promptly. The team (Don, George and James) who did the refurbishment of my large and elderly Victorian sash windows were professional and polite, and made sure I was able to keep working throughout the time they were here. They also did a great job on the windows, cleaned up after themselves and now I have windows which open easily again and no draughts!
