ho utilizzato parecchie volte questo sito che devo dire non mi ha mai creato problemi, ho sempre trovato ottime soluzioni a buoni prezzi, inoltre essendoci la possibilità per i viaggiatori di lasciare il feddeback ti permette di verificare cosa ne pensano le persone che sono già state nell'hotel in cui tu intendi andare.

Small criticisms, 15 Euros for internet, my pillow too soft, breakfast crew failed to switch on heat to two buffet food warmers and prepared tea pots in advance which resulted in warm only tea but promptly rectified.
Central position to transport , shopping and park In sum, I will stay there again.

Habe sehr gute Erfahrungen mit vernere gemacht.
Mein absolut bevorzugtes Buchungsportal, weil unkompliziert und mit bestem, schnellen Service, wenn mal was nicht ganz passt.

... mehr für Venere.com! Ich habe in diesem Jahr mehrmals Hotelzimmer über Venere.com gebucht und bin wirklich mit den Preisen und den jeweiligen Beschreibungen der Unterkünfte zufrieden.
Es ist auch kein Problem kurzfristig umzubuchen, bzw. zu stornieren.
Alles ist immer bestens gelaufen und ich werde jederzeit gerne wieder über Venere.com reservieren!

j'utilise le site depuis plusieurs années (6 ou 7, je ne sais plus) pour réserver des hôtels à l'étranger et j'ai toujours été très contente! je n'ai jamais eu de mauvaise surprise en arrivant sur place : les tarifs et les descriptions correspondaient parfaitement à ce qui était publié. Je continuerai donc à utiliser Venere.com en toute confiance :)

Ho prenotato alcune volte su venere.com ed ho ottenuto il prezzo piu' basssi per vari hotel, confontandoli con i prezzi di altri siti.

Hotels die wir bei venere gebucht hatten, waren ohne Beanstandung, sauber, gut geführt und ihren Preis wert.
Die Buchung verlief schnell, und sehr zu friedenstellend.

n'étant pas un internaute très compétant, j'apprécie de pouvoir disposer d'un interlocuteur apte à solutionner les détails d'une commande que je ne sais pas traiter moi-même : exemple, je voulais impérativement, à New-York, deux chambres communicantes car je voyage avec des enfants ; le collaborateur de Venere a résolu ce problème en quelques minutes.

Autre avantage important : j'aime payer directement l'hotel, et non quand je réserve (quelque fois plusieurs mois à l'avance).

Semplice, veloce, affidabile. Perche no?

pur non essendo l'unico motore di ricerca x sistemazioni in hotel, se individuato un buon prezzo il resto della procedura di prenotazione e' veloce e sicuro

Dovrebbe incrementare la gamma delle strutture perché attualmente è poco competitivo rispetto ad altri siti di ricerca

il manque un peu plus de précisions sur le mode de récupération des clés de la "Guest house" qui n'est pas l’hôtel proprement dit . Cela oblige une fois arrivé , de faire demi tour, 200 m de plus jusqu'à Hotel. Récupération des clés et formalités et retour à la "Guest house".
voila qui pourrait être préciser sur la fiche de présentation de l'Hotel.
autrement bon traitement de commande et pas de mauvaise surprises.

It's dead easy to navigate - tell them where and when you want to go, tell them what type of accommodation you want and how much you want to pay (to filter out everything you don't want), book it there and then (yeah, you need to check out the booking conditions - can I cancel? is there free wi-fi? when have I got to check out? when do I pay? etc - but you need to know all that anyway). The reviews are pretty reliable, and there are generally plenty of them, and ultimately volume doesn't lie!
Then just click and you're booked.
On the one occasion I had any difficulty Venere were quick and helpful to ensure the matter was satisfactorily resolved.
