Easy to write a good review under those circumstances, so what about when things go wrong? Well I can't fault their customer services! There was an issue with my order, and I thought ok, here we go...I emailed the C's address from the order and explained what had happened. I got a polite response back (from Josh) which said that he would look into it.
Josh certainly did! The missing item was sent via royal mail tracked 24, which actually arrived on time.

Flawless, and will be going back to Vapourcore as the product range : price is bang on.

Lots of good reveiws. Unfortunately I ordered the starmix pixl8000 pods, the taste was not right,infact the taste was disgusting, possibly another liquid in the pod. Review edited, company contacted me to say the pod juice has been altered slightly, unfortunately its not to my taste, however this is out of the control of vapourcore. All in all my experience has been good with quick delivery. Will be ordering again.

After waiting since the 29th of April for my delivery, I was finally contacted by Josh, who explained that my order had been lost in transit. As the product I ordered has been discontinued, they only had one pack left in stock. Vapourcore refunded my entire order and also sent me the last pack free of charge.
Although the communication was delayed, I'm satisfied with the outcome and appreciate the gesture to put things right.
