Fraudulent company, take your money and do not send goods. Do not answer emails or telephone calls. Order placed in October 2023, not received and no refund given despite repeated requests.

Ordered in October still waiting for a refund! scammers avoid at all cost!

No goods 48 hr post no tracking for it phone turned off emails not answering ordered before with noproblem but now nothing so iso and trading standards getting all your details and hmrc because your fraud ing people out off money so probably not paying tax aswell.now he has deleted his email or blocked me still phone off please do not order from here its a scam.

Ordered in bulk a few times from Vapesavers and although the goods have turned up they always took weeks and lots of chasing up with emails so don’t bother paying extra for quick delivery. HOWEVER, my last big order on November 21st was acknowledged and then apparently sent according to an email I received but nothing has ever arrived. I’ve never had a response to emails, Facebook, phone calls or text messages, even though the texts were received and read. Basically this company are disorganised at best and dishonest thieves at worst so just don’t go there or you will eventually come unstuck and lose your money.

Avoid at all cost.

Why buy from a company that does not provide an address? Or lists a bogus phone number? Ask yourself why they do this before you buy.

I was charged twice for the same product but despite several emails I've not had a response or the refund for the items I didn't receive. Over a month later and nothing.

I’ve ordered from them before, they were slow, but still delivered and answered emails. This time it they took my money 1 month ago after saying delivery would be in a couple of days. They are not responding to any emails, the phone number is either never answered or is unavailable. If they are in trouble I wish that they would tell us, at least that way we’d know the reason and most probably be more understanding and patient and know what our expectations should be. Why does their site still advertise and take orders if they have stopped trading?

I have already given my review for this scam company. PLEASE REPORT TO FRAUD UK. THE MORE PEOPLE WHO REPORT THIS COMPANY, THE QUICKER THEY WILL BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS, THE LESS ORDINARY WORKING CLASS PEOPLE WILL BE ROBBED OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY.

Now in the process of trying to get my money back from my card company.

Placed the orrder in Nov, despite lots of emails and messages it has still not arrive!!!!

I am still waiting for my order nearly 4 weeks later & have sent numerous emails with no reply this is the 3rd time I have had trouble receiving items which is such a shame as I have been using this company for years for friends & family too. But very disappointed with customer service,even tried the phone number with no response.

I placed an order with Vapesavers on 31/10/2023 (36038) spending over £66.00 to which I still haven't received anything. This is the second bad review I have had to write in the space of a month.I have emailed and telephoned constantly to no avail. How do I go about getting my money back? To add salt to the wound I am getting emails everyday with offers of discounts to place further orders. Might be an idea to start honouring the orders you have instead of trying to take peoples hard earned cash and not delivering the goods. I have used this company for 2 years but since the beginning of October something has gone drastically wrong. Either send my order immediately of refund my monies.
