Bought a van from these, it has developed faults and they are refusing fix them claiming I have a warranty, the warranty company are refusing stating Vanz r us have a legal duty to repair the van under the consumer rights act. I wish I had seen the review on here before purchasing from them.

Just picked up a 2019 Vauxhall Vivaro from VANZ R US and honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience from start to finish. After dealing with plenty of vehicle companies over the years, it’s refreshing to come across a business that actually does what they say they’re going to do and genuinely cares about the customer experience.

Jimmy was absolutely brilliant throughout. No pressure sales tactics, no nonsense, just honest advice and proper communication from the first phone call right through to collection. He took the time to answer every question I had, sent over extra photos and videos when requested, and made sure everything on the van was exactly as described before I travelled down.

The 2019 Vauxhall Vivaro itself was prepared to a very high standard — clean inside and out, drove perfectly on the way home, and you can tell they take pride in the vehicles they sell. It’s hard to find used commercial vehicles that are both well looked after and honestly presented, but VANZ R US definitely delivered on both.

One thing that stood out was how straightforward and relaxed the process was. No hidden surprises, no last-minute add-ons, and no feeling of being rushed into anything. Jimmy came across as genuine, knowledgeable and passionate about what he does, which gives you confidence when spending your money.

If you’re looking for a van and want to deal with a company that values reputation, customer service and quality stock, I’d highly recommend VANZ R US. Proper honest business and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again to Jimmy and the team — I’ll definitely be recommending you to others and will be back in the future.

Do not buy a van from Vanz R Us in Canvey Island, previously known as Canvey Van Sales and South East Van Sales. This company is run by Jimmy Heary, he has recently been released from prison for selling £1.8m worth of cocaine, search him on google before buying a van from these.
I bought a van from these in November 2025 when it was South East Van Sales, within 3 months the gearbox was leaking oil and the clutch was slipping, when i contacted them to repair the van under the consumer rights act 2015, they refused stating the sale was a private sale as they reduced the price by £200. On the day i purchased the van, they didn’t put a sales receipt in the folder, i emailed them a couple of days later and they said they have posted it, when it arrived, it was a private sales receipt with a fake signature of mine, they are trying to use this fake sales receipt to avoid paying for the repairs, they have now opened this new company, Vanz R Us to avoid court action to recover my money.
Search Canvey Van Sales and look at the reviews, they then changed to South East Van Sales to avoid court action.
Jimmy got a £300k confiscation order in January this year and had to sell his house to pay it or go back to prison, he is now selling cheap unroadworthy vans.
