Excellent service
I can't thank Sam enough for the support he gave me throughout the whole car finance process. From the very first conversation he was polite, patient, and incredibly efficient, which made what could have been a stressful experience feel calm and manageable. Sam went above and beyond what an issue arose with the first dealership I looked into. He handled the situation professionally, explained everything clearly, and quickly navigated me away from that problem without any pressure or panic. I was inpressed with how quickly things moved from applying on Wednesday to having completed on Friday. Sam also took the time to really listen to what I wanted in a car and worked around my needs, rather than trying to push me into something unsuitable. The whole process felt straightforward, transparent, and well organised, with excellent communication throughout. As a first-time finance customer, I was naturally quite nervous, but Sam made the entire experience quick, easy, and stress-free. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or Creditplus to anyone looking for car finance, truly excellent service.

My advice would be to avoid.
Just purchased a Citroen C5 X 2022 on Friday 21/11/2025 from Croxdale Citroen dealership Durham, driving the car home noticed that the car was blowing cold air from the right hand lower vent does not matter what I tired. On Saturday I notified the dealership of the vault and notified Creditplus who were not interested to help and told me to contact the dealership who would fix the car as it’s under warranty. I informed them that the warranty will not cover as it’s a pre existing fault and I am not happy with the vehicle and wish to return it to the dealership as the dealership are not taking responsibility to fix the car.
Long story I have made phone calls to the finance company concerning this matter informed CreditPlus sent over a diagnostics report which I had to pay have inform the dealership multiple times it’s their responsibility to get the car fixed.

Great Company, Great Customer Service
I could not be happier with the service I received from Creditplus. From the initial phone call upon application to picking up my new car, the whole process was simple and hassle free, the hardest part was choosing a car!
I have to give special thanks to both Dee and Najem for finding my new car and completing the purchase. They dealt with everything from explaining finance options and obtaining finance, to dealing with the car dealer, this made life a lot easier only having to deal with one company.

My mum used Credit Plus for car finance. The customer service was great from start to finish. Once my mum purchased the car, we had it looked at by the Kia Garage, just to double check and assess it's condition, as I belive you should for all second hand cars.
Kia highlighted some issue that required immediate attention, i flagged this to both credit plus and the dealership we bought the car from, who were recommended by credit plus. Both parties were very co-operative and the process was very smooth and stress-free
I would be happy to use this company again in future based on our great experience with them.

Absolute shambles of a company who can’t communicate and as for Matthew and Tom they don’t know their head from their arse. Constantly being told we will get a call back and every time we get told oh they’re on the phone, surprisingly they don’t ring back because the message hasn’t been passed on and we have to chase again! All good and well when you’re in with them for car finance but then comes the extra warranty which was sold to us by Kash, when you realise it doesn’t benefit you and you want to cancel they’re not interested!! Car only needs a minimum of 6 months warranty when it already has 3 on it and we was sold 12 months! My partner is now being told they can’t speak to him when they’ve been liaising with him previously, we ask for all the call recordings to be sent to us and we was told it’s 1 calendar month for a response when they didn’t hesitate to send us the initial call of when we was sold the warranty when we first raised our issue!!! So not only do they talk crap they also like to be awkward! Would NOT recommend!!!

Be very careful if you deal with this company also the staff are very rude and pushy.

No wonder they only have 3.5/5 stars, my experience was terrible. Very aggressive staff and they tried pressuring me into paying extra fees right at the last minute. When I complained Graham refused to deal with me anymore! Given my experience, I’d avoid using this company as there are others out there which are much more professional and friendly!

Awful company and false info, I applied for finance with car plus, I got a message and an email telling me it was good news and i was approved. The portal also said "Approved" i called them and they said it wasn't accepted yet and they needed to do another check, the staus then changed to "declined" no phone call or explanation. Why tell people their approved when they cleared aren't, ridiculous

I want to say a huge thank you to Matt Diplock and the entire Credit Plus team. When my Ford Fiesta (purchased through Credit Plus) suffered an engine failure, it could’ve turned into a legal nightmare. Instead, Matt stepped in as a true professional — chasing down responses, holding the dealer accountable, and keeping me updated every step of the way.
He coordinated independent diagnostics, escalated things internally, and ultimately got the dealership and warranty company to agree to a full engine, turbo, and wet belt replacement at no cost to me (besides a £200 post-repair service contribution). The repair was completed under a 12-month parts and labour warranty — and none of it would’ve happened without Matt’s persistent, strategic handling of the case.
As a young customer, it’s hard to find companies that actually treat you fairly. Credit Plus didn’t just sell me a car — they backed it up when it mattered most.

I made an enquiry and then decided not to use Creditplus by just logging out of their website. I have now received 20 calls in three days, plus text messages after I blocked the number. It feels very much like harassment and I now have no desire to use a company that harasses me. I don't want their product and the constant calls smacks of desperation which makes me highly suspicious.

Wow what can I say. I filled out an application form for car finance with not much hope in getting anywhere, however Carly called me the next day, went through everything, sent me some cars over and I sent her one back I liked. Process took 3 days, I collected my car 11 days after initial contact (due to garage doing mot etc) and payment was sent to garage immediately after a call with the finance team. I'm overwhelmed how efficient and easy it was to deal with considering I'd never had a car or car finance so 5 star service all round! Thanks all!
Misleading and a Complete Waste of Time
What an absolute joke of a company. Did all of that, only to get another generic text saying the lender had declined me.
No explanation, no accountability – just false hope and wasted time. If you enjoy pointless admin, mixed messages, and being messed around, Credit Plus is the place for you. Otherwise, steer well clear. Total waste of time and energy.
