I wouldn't touch these with a ten foot pole! I looked at their prices online and was quoted 650 for two adults return flight to Orlando in May next year. I was pretty much immediately called by someone with a very strong Indian accent who asked straight away if I wanted to book the flights. I only wanted a quote at this time and asked what the price would be with baggage..800 was the reply, no mention of which airport or airline or departure time and again pressure to book there and then..when I asked for further details on flights etc, he just hung up on me.....

This booking worked well for me. It was significantly cheaper than alternatives on other sites. I waited to do this review until the airfare had completed (I saw some negative reviews online, but nothing went wrong with my booking or pricing vs. what I was quoted by Vacationxpert) and all went well!

While booking the tickets online, it wasn't clear that baggage wasn't included with my purchase. After booking my flight, I received a phone call where this was brought to my attention, making it more expensive than I had anticipated.

However, Garry himself was very kind and helpful. If I was rating his service alone, this would be a 5 star review. I even sent him a question about my ticket one evening and he replied almost immediately!

Flight prices super cheap so happy with that but when I booked flight, the confirmation was pending for a day. With it being a last minute booking, that was a bit nerve-wrecking not knowing if booking went through. When confirmation did arrive, the email attachment didn’t contain actual ticket. Had to call in customer service several times to actually get it. Their call centre could have dealt with this situation with a bit more courtesy.

I was extremely pleased with the urgency and the patient in which my queries were resolved and the way you liaised with Brussels airline to resolve a mistake they made on my bookings that ccould have separated my wife and two sons from travelling alongside on thesame flight. But due to your high standard of professionalism and empathy, you were able to swiftly resolved this issue to ensure that they enjoy a smooth journey together as a family.
