The price was the best around(even with the £10 entry & exit fee) . The professionalism at booking in very efficient the minibus was waiting and the driver loaded our cases
We were dropped off outside the terminal entrance the driver unloaded our cases and politely wished us a nice holiday
On return we were advised where to be picked up( 10 min wait but under cover and a shorter pickup time than some other companies) the minibus was spotless and the driver very polite
My car was waiting on arrival at the car park and I was passed the key after confirming my name

Parked here after having a nightmare…
Parked here after having a nightmare with parking limited who cancelled our booking 20 minutes away from the airport. These guys fit us in straight away, the girl on the phone was lovely and the transfere to and from the airport was speedy, comfortable and the driver was chatty and friendly. Car was absolutely fine when we got back to it, they’d even put the windows down for us because it was boiling. I’d definitely use their service again and I’m really unsure what all the negative feed back is about as we had no issues at all.
Wonderful Service & Staff
Wonderful! 3rd time using them!! Such friendly, reliable service and this time - at the last minute, my son locked our car keys INSIDE the car (!!) they helped us get them without having to call the AA which was so kind - a HUGE thank you! We made the flight and our holiday because of them.... Thanks so much we will see you again soon! :-)
From the moment we arrived
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the very friendly manager and her staff, Everything went smoothly, she even upgraded us to self park and kindly allowed us to keep our keys, which was a lovely gesture. On top of that, she waived the £10 fee as we were going away to celebrate our anniversary. We couldn’t recommend Vacation Care more highly, thank you, we will definitely be using you again in the future. X
STOLEN CAR 3 weeks later!
STOLEN CAR 3 weeks later!! Parked with them and when I came back it took them an hour to pick us up, the driver who picked us up told us he had been there and no one told him to pick us up and that they was lying. When we eventually got our car, noticed the trip meter had been zero’d. Timing of the car was a couple of hours out and the car was in sports mode from the settings and had been refuelled 1 mile before we got it back.
When we rang and complained the manager made an excuse that our battery may have died, which isn’t really believable as a brand new battery was put in a month prior. We asked for cctv evidence which they promised to give and never did.
3 weeks later my car was stolen within 10 minutes of me parking up. Most likely cloned the key or probably put a tracker in the car!!
Reported to Manchester police. The manager was just swearing over the phone

First impressions. Totally unprofessional. Vile, aggressive, abrupt attitudes from staff, particularly when they shouted at me to stop the car when I pulled in despite a man telling me to park on the left.
Transfer bus was apparently broken down so we were sent downstairs to the taxi rank to get a taxi to the airport (which they don't pick up so you need to call them first and then they get out and say Hello!)
On the way home the transfer bus was old and fit for the scrap yard - The wait for pick up was only 15 mins but loud music extremely fast over speed bumps and stunk of cigarette smoke. On collection of my car, no scratches or bumps only covered in thick dust - so seems it was not kept under the Car Park.
SO just to advise my issues started a few days after this - I drove my friend who was visiting me to a close by village on a Sunday evening and when we got back my car would not start - strange? but I decided to sort in the morning as we had a takeaway and a lift home.
When the AA man came he said the battery was more than flat - it looks like it was left with light on and restarted as the plastic cover on the engine was loose and falling off - I've never been in the engine as it was a new car - he said someone had been at the battery as there were marks on it for someone jump-starting my battery. So the other weird thing was when I go to my car my lights were turned OFF and I always turn my lights on AUTO so obviously someone had messing with my lights also a few other things seems odd - seat placement etc so someone had enjoyed driving my car AND it seems someone left the lights on and drained my battery - which was NOT a cheap replacement :(

Read the reviews and don’t book with vacation care! The place is awful and looks like some backyard in a dodgy street. The males working there stink of weed and their behaviour and demeanour speaks “chav fresh out of jail”. Firstly, you should know that there is a charge of £10 for airport drop off and then expect to wait 20 minutes in the cold car park. When we arrived and we rang them to collect us, they said that their vans have broken down and that we need to pay for our own taxi at our expense. The taxi charged us £17 from terminal 2 to that Asda car park that they’re using as “Vacation Care”. Don’t try to reason as to how they breached their terms as they believe that it’s a favour or “bonus” and therefore not a single apology, However, they’re very good at talking aggressively. Luckily I booked via an online platform but save yourself the hassle and book with other reputable car parks. Cheap in this case meant paying an additional £28 which is more than ringway or jetparks have suggested.

Just arrived back off our holiday this morning, called the company to let them know we have arrived and ready for collection to be told she has no vans to pick anybody up, apparently all 3 have broken down!! I said what do we do then, she said we have to get a taxi at OUR EXPENSE, with no apology either! it cost us £15 in taxi and argued we shouldn’t have to pay the barrier fee due to getting dropped off at the entrance and having to walk up the ramp, seems like it’s going to be hard work to get back as she couldn’t give us the cash back and said she can’t refund on card. Absolute joke and will never ever recommend this company to anyone. Avoid, they are absolute cowboys. Not the nicest of places, I agree with other reviews that the place stinks of weed.
Superb Service
I cannot for the life of me understand all the bad reviews??? They are really well priced,looked after my car which is the biggest concern!!! Friendly, courteous lovely people!! Nothing but positive things to say! I am really happy with my experience with this company ☺️ I will definitely use again in the future! I did pay the extra to park myself and keep the keys!

Horrible experience with them
I had very bad experiences with them I left my car for 2 weeks when I came I found my been damaged with heavy scratches on the door and door handed was broken, until now they don't answer my emails no respond to my calls before I left the parking they promised everything will be fine and asked me to send an email with the picture and they will check the camera and now they ignored me.

Absolutely shocking! Do not use this company the guys who speak on the phone are ignorant , the drivers was really nice going and coming back! We had come out terminal one and there was multiple multi storey car parks , so I said which one. He replied back being very rude and was not friendly at all.

I’ve used vacation care before and it was great. This time we waited an hour to be picked up. After travelling back from holiday late and had to wait in the cold was just too much. We was tired and could have been home in that time nearly! We choose earlier flight back to get home early. The driver did apologise and was nice and he even said there’s 4 vans off the the road and had to hire one, just one? Think the owe er needs to look after his vans and staff instead of being tight!!!
Slow and smelly
Waited 30 minutes to be transferred to the airport when we got there. Had to wait in the reception which was overwhelmed with cigarette smoke and weed smells. The drop-off point is very convenient however.
On return it was really quick to get back. Really easy pickup.
Staff stunk of cigarettes and the smell lingers in your car after they drive it. I wasn't happy when I picked up my car. I watched back the footage and they don't drive your car miles away like some but the smells are enough to deter me from booking again.

1 hour wait on pick up then went to other terminals and over loaded the pick up van with people . Left a back up phone in my car glove box,also my driving license with it . wasn't there when I got home ... I can't explain where it went. I can't accuse anyone but where did they go 😡
2nd time this year
2nd time this year we have used them and both times were brilliant no long waits for the bus either way. Friendly staff. Will be using them again next month.
BEWARE I have not even parked yet
I have not even parked my car with them yet but I wish I had not booked parking with this company. I chose them from a Compare Airport Parking Deals web site for Manchester Airport. The booking confirmation immediately tacked on £20 for the "free" shuttle bus. I contacted their chat and exchanged one message with "Martin" who just confirmed that yes I would have to pay £20 more than I'd expected and who completely ignored my response to this. I could cancel my booking but it will cost £20 to do this and they are so disorganised that I don't trust them to refund my money.
Avoid! (unless you're also a stoner who likes Scouse Rap)
1. Long delays to be collected at airport. General management of the shuttle service is inadequate
2. When driver eventually showed up, he was playing very loud inappropriate music (a lot of the N word) - I requested for him to turn it down.
