US PRO Recenzje

Toolbox arrived damaged but the team quickly rectified the problem to my satisfaction, will use again! Great service.

Quick shipping and very good tool chest and cabinet. I bought the 13 drawer combination and looks really professional, especially in gloss black. Each drawer also came with a foam mat so should stop things rolling around.

Ordered a travel hardcase April 2024.

No correspondence from the company upon ordering. Rang them to find out what the story was and was told I'd get an email when it was sent out which I believe to be fair enough.

Email came later that day and box was sent out. Tool case arrived 2 days later in the cheapest cardboard box, torn in half with not a stitch of bubble wrap nothing which believe me... it needed because the case was alot to be desired.

The pull handle on the case was broken off, the lid of the case was warped in the middle.and the plastic was scuffed.

So what can they do differently?
Package the box better would be the big one, this is a middle of the road alternative to a peli 1510, when I recieved the US Pro case I just ended up buying the peli anyway out of frustration and took the mindset of if it broke getting shipped here it'll surely break out and about.

The order was straight forward.. however I have not received an order confirmation or delivery details. Suppose to be next working day. Will see.

Ordered a tool box but unfortunately one side was dinted got in touch with seller sorted it out within a hour thank you

Excellent customer communication very easy to deal with. Scott McCarthy was very helpful with everything. Would definitely recommend.

What a great company to do business with, we ordered the tool box on Monday, we received on Tuesday but unfortunately we had to return it as it was not big enough.
The courier collected the tool box on Wednesday and USPRO have issued a refund.
Scott was brilliant to deal with and we will definitely get another tool Bob shortly.
Thank you USPRO and Scott

My item was damaged, and it was dealt very swiftly by Scott McCarthy, and thank you for your quick response and your service was great and my issue has been resolved, cheers

I made a mistake with my delivery address used the contact page on their website and had a response within 15 minutes with Scott. After explaining what happened he amended the delivery address and was sorted within 30 minutes. Quality service

Ease of use, understanding of VAT

Bought a garage wall cabinet. Communication was good. Product was good for the price, peg board/shelf hooks could do with being a bit better quality but will do. Parcel arrived in poor condition but A quick message to Scott and even after work hours he sorted thing to my satisfaction.

Bought a big tool box ,from purchase to delivery no problems, great communication with Scott. Will definitely buy again and recommend .top notch service

Recently ordered a toolbox from these guys via ebay. I'm having it delivered to work to save me trying to transport it to work myself. Due to the nature of the site I work, deliveries are only available Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm. Scott who I've been dealing with has gone above and beyond to make this transaction and delivery possible. Fantastic response time when answering my questions was first class service. Can't wait to receive what's believe will be a fantastic item. First class service.

Excellent product , excellent communication and a great price..slight issue with delivery company but seller resolved as quick as I could send email..would definitely purchase from this company again .

I ordered a toolbox from US Pro, and it came the wrong size. I contacted the company by telephone, and they informed me that the toolbox was incorrectly advertised, and the sizing was too small. As I required a minimum size, the toolbox being smaller than advertised caused disruption as I could not use the toolbox. However, they were very quick in organising transport to collect the toolbox for return.

No update, no confirmation, no expected delivery, nothing. I spend £1099.99 to not be answered

Very Good experience purchasing a couple of tool boxes with great support from Scott and Mike both very helpful nothing a problem for them. Quick a friendly service.

Very happy customer 😀

I bought a 16 drawer double toolbox recently from US pro in the uk. It was delivered very quickly but unfortunately it came with 2 damaged drawers. I contacted the company and they were excellent at dealing with the issue. The logistics of items this size are clearly challenging but everything arrived so quickly and the communications made it work. Highly recommend and great value for money.

Bought the “329 US PRO Waterproof Wheeled Rolling Travel Equipment Tool Box Hard Case”

The case didn’t survive the flight to Belgium. The handle snapped off.
I had to carry the case. Customer services were completely dismissive and ignored all Statutory rights. Taking the matter to court and contacting trading standards,

Tried to fob me off by saying I hadn’t returned a warranty. There was no warranty with the item, but in any event this does not affect anyone’s statutory rights – do not be fooled!

Don’t buy from this company!

Thank you Scott you are a top man thank you for sorting this matter the only issue I have is the dpd courier service is not up to any standard they are the worst
