US PRO Recenzje

Fast delivery and when I needed to contact them for customer service Scott jumped into action, even after hours, to get it sorted for me. As someone who works in the service industry I cannot find the words to tell you how exemplorary this customer service is. Needless to say I'll be back in the future.

Smooth prompt processing and delivery. Well wrapped and protected and no damage. I haven't transferred my tools from my old boxes to this new chest yet but it looks smart and well built.

Clear and Supportive Sale!

Scott was very helpful and communicative whilst making my purchase of the 250 US PRO Tool Chest.
The chest was ready for me when I collected and Mike in the sales team was very friendly.
Would recommend!

Perfect delivery. Courier brilliant. Everything about the toolbox is great. Excellent quality. Scott McCarthy very quick to respond to all our questions. Would certainly deal with again.

5 star quality products and 5 star quality customer services. Scott Mccarthy helped me really quickly to find and deliver me some parts for my toolbox. Extremely happy with the service!

Fantastic service after a quick chat with Scott my query was quickly resolved and I am very happy with with the service, if I need another toolbox this is where I'm going for it.

I have bought 3 of the stainless steel roller cabinets, in various sizes, over the last 5 years, and found them to be absolutely excellent, totally durable, I'm sure they will last me out. Really nicely finished, with a lovely wooden top surface. More than happy with them, when i can make room for one or two more, i will not hesitate to buy more from this source, they help enormously to organise and tidy up your workshop.

Excellent customer service. Scott was extremely helpful in resolving my issue. He replied quickly and was a big help in the end. Many thanks.

I recently purchased a tool chest, was delivered really quickly after a couple of days two of wheels bent I sent a message to the customer service department and within an hour the issue was resolved with a deep apology and a completely free replacement. I highly recommend their company 10/10

Scott was a delight to talk with. Very polite,
He helped me with exchanging a parcel box. He got the wrong one collected and sent the correct one.

The box is perfect.
I think Scott deserves a promotion and a pay rise
Most appreciated for all the help.

Thank you.

No email confirmation. No idea about delivery date. Have no idea whether my very expensive order is even going to come.

My wife treated me to a toolbox for my birthday, delivered really quick, well packaged but on opening there were marks on both the front & rear of the cabinet I contacted the supplier to explain & enclosed pictures. Customer service, Scott McCarthy of FP Trading Ltd, replied within 24 hours offering me a solution. Highly recommend both the company & customer service A*****

Had the pleasure of dealing with Scott who quickly sorted out a payment glitch regarding a top quality trolley with a drawer. Customer service and contact was impeccable and shows the levels this company goes to provide a top service , Highly recommend and will use again.

Fantastic toolbox, fantastic price and fantastic customer service.
This toolbox is extremely well made for the money. I have had more expensive toolboxes in the past that this puts to shame. Very impressed!
There were a couple issues with the delivery but Scott has sorted this all out and literally could not have been more helpful.
I would definitely recommend and would buy again, I would only ask for a different courier

Unusual for me to leave full marks review but this company customer care A1 highly recommended , arrived in before time which was good , product A1 , and cost effective

Very helpful, thanks
