I placed an order a month ago, paid for at the time. I have had nothing - no item and no responses to queries.

I've been purchasing iPads from these guys for years, they have always provided a great product, on the very rare occasion that there has been a problem it's been sorted quickly.

Unfortunately I can’t advise you to avoid this company enough. Ordered an IMac, firstly sent to the wrong address. The address on the order was correct, so unsure how they got it wrong but it arrived to someone else. When I finally did manage to get it, which was lucky. It was missing a keyboard and mouse despite being listed and said sold with one. Avoid at all cost.

Very Disappointed – Poor Quality Control and Awful Customer Service

I ordered a Surface Pro 7 listed as being in "good condition" from
USMAC UK via Back Market, but what I received was heavily scratched, marked, and clearly worn — nowhere near the condition advertised. I returned it for a refund and decided to give them a second chance by ordering a Surface Pro 7 Plus in "excellent condition." That one also turned up with visible marks, and the keyboard didn’t even work.

To make matters worse, the customer service has been appalling. There was no real help or accountability, and when I tried to make a formal complaint, I was basically told to just “buy from another seller.” That’s not a solution — it’s an excuse.

It’s clear that no proper quality checks are being carried out by their sellers. Products are sent out in poor condition, completely unchecked and misrepresented. Overall, a very poor experience. I won’t be using Back Market again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone expecting basic quality and service.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT. IT ARRIVED VERY CAREFULLY PACKED SO ABSOLUTELY NO CHANCE OF DAMAGE. IT WAS IMMACULATE, YOU'D NEVER KNOW IT WAS REFURBISHED AND IT ALSO CAME WITH FREE OFFICE 365.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FANTASTIC, I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE POWER LEAD AND THEY IMEDIATELY REPLACED IT NO CHARGE!

Ordered windows 11 pro laptop, it arrived with the wrong charger which I can only describe as a kettle lead. Sorted that out myself, only to find we can't download any games or anything else for that matter, because of a safety feature that's impossible to remove, and now through my own digging around looks like its an old educational laptop used in schools complete waste of money as it's not fit for purpose

Disgraceful. Bought a macbook through wowcher. It arrived. Condition a little lower than expected but that's fine. However I can't put office on there. As the ios is to old and doesn't support the ios needed. This is not suitable for my needs as a student. I've tried every way to contact the company with no response. No answer on number. No answer on WhatsApp. Email is responded to in broken English trying to get me to purchase a newer macbook! I just want to return. Stay far away.

I bought a Macbook from them on ebay with a 12 month warranty. After a few months it was clear it had an overheating problem. They told me to reset it before posting to them, when I did it reverted back to what seems to be an administrator password. They told me not to bother returning it as they couldn't help if it was locked. Eventually they agreed to look at it, cost me £12 to send to them and since them they have done nothing but mess me around and acuse me of locking it myself and not share the password. They still have it and are no longer speaking to me. I am best part of £500 down with a lump of junk sat in their workshop.

I needed a “do for now” chrome book for my son so he could take notes in Uni, rather than taking his humongous gaming laptop. Ordered via Wowcher which advertised a “refurbished, very good condition (only very slight cosmetic marks and near pristine) Acer Split 12”. While I didn’t pay an awful lot (£69 incl postage) what I didn’t expect was the misleading info. I obviously checked the item upon receipt and within the screen were “liquid clouds” which clearly showed at some point damage has occurred from liquid ingress. I contacted the WhatsApp number supplied and also the email, enquiring as to how the warranty would work seeing as it has already clearly been damaged previously from ingress and would essentially void any warranty if any issues arise now we have it. This is their reply “Screens is absolutely fine. Actually these are refurbished and new screen replaced, it happened during refurbish process.
It will not get worse OR affect your working performance. Also you will have 12 months warranty with us. Please don't worry at all. Thanks”
So 1) who on earth did the supposed refurb?!! Clearly not been refurbished at all as a genuine refurb would not have liquid clouds on the screen!!!!
2) I just wonder what the inside components are going to do and last, if it has been previously damaged - ie have I just wasted my money because it’s going to last about five minutes if the inside has not been correctly refurbished and cleaned?!!

Ordered a Chromebook from them and was very impressed by the whole experience. The Chromebook was refurbished and in excellent condition. The packaging was outstanding for protection and security. The delivery was fast.

Have now purchases 3 mac computers and 3 MacBooks through USMAC. Everyone has been as described or better and delivery very swift. Communication was great and chatted through WhatsApp and and queries answered in a timely manner. Would not hesitate to use again and is now my go to place for additional computers.Have had no experience of any issues raised by negative reviews on this platform.

I have bought 3 laptops from USMAC, 2 Apple & 1 Microsoft. The first one was 5 years ago and touch wood, they have all functioned perfectly . I wasn't sent a link for the software for the second Apple but as soon as I asked for it, it was sent over immediately. The charging cable on the Microsoft one that I bought recently was playing up a bit, I sent a video & USMAC immediately sent me a new cable, next day day delivery. Highly recommend in terms of product as well as service.

I placed an order on the 14th Feb via OnBuy, I was informed that the item has been despatched & that I would receive a tracking number.
I do not have a tracking number & noone is answering the phone, I've tried at least 20 times but no answer
I've emailed them too with the order number asking for a tracking number but again, no reply.
I hope my item turns up as I'm totally disappointed that nobody is answering both numbers I'm ringing

I bought MacBook Air 13" 2017 start of this year and it comes with full Office 365. Amazing deal with Office 365, which i'm using on my other five devices as well. They helped me over the phone and sent detail instructions how to install and use Office 365.

From last five months i'm using my Mac and it is working smoothly with no fault. I would recommend to buy from this company MacBooks for your use and get Free Office 365.

I have bought Ipad 5th generation from usmac . It has sound issue but they have replaced my ipad next day and responded to my queries immediately.

Customer support was amazing, I was looking to buy Macbook Pro for my office use with 16GB ram. It was in excellent condition same like new. Worth shop again.
