I had a tight deadline to order merchandise for a client event and contacted a number of vendors in this field. USB2U were very responsive, and both the range of merchandise and quality was great. The agent at USB2U (Karen) was really helpful, even when we changed our mind about what we wanted a few times. USB2U did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it and the process was quick and easy. Prices were very competitive, and the range of merchandise was excellent. Most importantly, our clients loved the end result.

Absolutely amazing service! Super quick turn-around - from quote in the mid-morning to processed and dispatched by early afternoon - couldn't have asked for more. Karen was absolutely fantastic! Delivery itself came at 8am the following day - the product was really great quality too! Whole process from start to finish was the best I've ever received.

I had an excellent experience ordering customised USB sticks with USB2U. I was interested in using USB2U as they offer USBs produced with recycled non-plastic materials. The different shapes available also catered to the circular logo I wanted printed, so it was very suitable. The staff I corresponded with were very pleasant, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. USB2U offered updated price quotes, visual mock-ups, and samples at super speed, making the entire process very quick and efficient. It was a good rate for a great product - highly recommend!
