I have been using USB2U products for many years for my small business and absolutely love them.
I had an issue with the delivery of an order recently and my account manager Tristan took it on and sorted the problem out for me very quickly. Super customer service and a very happy customer.

Really impressed. Had a rush order, the team designed and delivered within a few days. Quality is excellent and as per the mock-ups.

The product was well priced and looks great. We were kept well informed throughout the whole process and could not fault the buying experience one bit.

Problem solved! Having ordered 60 powerbanks elsewhere, I did not appreciate how difficult it would be to get them shipped to France for an expo due to the fact they are classed as dangerous/prohibited goods for transport.

At short notice Karen (from USB2U) and the team, got some branded, boxed and shipped in a day! Not only that, but they took care of the highly troublesome shipping, meaning that within 5 working days my order arrived in France.

I had spent hours, days even, trying to fix this problem and whilst “it was only a few powerbanks”, not having them would have been a bit of an issue for our Marketing Team.

So, thank you – you really did save the day for us!
