So far I have pleased and happy in the clothing selections. My last package was a mix of their brand but also included other well known brands.

The first shipment I received from UrbaneBox consisted of a great polo and a pair of pants that did not fit. Satisfied at this point, I put in a request to get the pants replaced and sent them back.

The second box consisted of a gray V-neck tee and a button-down with a palm leaf print that looks more like something my dad would wear than the style information I sent them. At this point, it's been six weeks since I sent the pants back and have heard or received nothing about them. So, while there is an option to send it back for another item, the combination of my poor experience with my previous return and an additional fee on exchanges for unwanted items mean it's better for me to cut my losses than to bother trying to exchange it.

In summary, after two boxes and $120, I've added a polo and a V-neck to my wardrobe.

I LOVE this subscription! Every month I get super cute, quality fashion items valued at way more than I pay!
I also love getting a surprise in the mail and since I love the clothing, I think I'm getting a great deal.

Quite possibly the worst experience I've had with a company. I ordered the first box with a $30 off incentive. I only received two products, one of which was not in the right size. I sent it back using the return label. Over three weeks later, I'm waiting on my product. So, I decided to cancel my account. After three emails, I successfully canceled my account. Then, I received an additional $30 for canceling (I suppose since it was never disclosed to me. I only saw it on the credit card statement). Awful customer service and shady business practices.

Been very happy with the quality and style of clothes. Very convenient as well with my busy work schedule.

Wish I could give urbanebox ZERO stars! I received three items. I kept one shirt. They sent me a really heavy ugly black bag, an item I communicated to them I don’t need. (I let them know I did not need any bags). They sent another shirt in a color I asked them to avoid. I could not exchange these items since I don’t have a subscription. I thought I’d try one “box” first before becoming a member. It’s so not worth the hassle. You would think they would just TRY to keep me as a customer.....
There is absolutely no customer service, you can only send them an email. I sent an email two weeks and have not heard anything back. They did send me a return label but they refuse to exchange what I didn’t want. They have no phone number. Horrible, unsustainable business model. I’ve tried many other clothing subscriptions. The best are Stitchfix, Trendsend, and Trunk Club.

Just received by second box and they impressed me with the quality of the clothes. Customer service has been great as well.

So far I have been very happy with the clothing I received. Good quality, affordable, and convenient.

*update customer service will not help as a member but will offer your money back if you write a bad review then change your review. Almost 5 months and still waiting on size exchange.

I have been a Five Four Club/Menlo House member for a few year. I decided to try something new with Urbane. The experience was awful. First, the sizes are significantly too small. If you try this service go up at least two sizes from other brands or off the rack. My first box did not fit. After requesting an exchange and return, I did get a return shipping label and requested a bigger size. Unfortunately by the time this was all handled my next month box was already in process with the wrong size. I then received my next month box (obviously did not fit due to original size too small) and then the exchange arrived. Again the exchange was too small (even at the exchanges bigger size). This is not just maybe a little to snug due to the shirts cut but I can barely get my arms into the shirt and close the shirt to button it. Now with 2 outfits in no way can fit me. I contact and ask to cancel my membership. Of course, I was told that could not happen as I missed the monthly cancellation deadline and my package was on the way and refunds were not allowed. I decided try and exchange my second box for another option (paying $15 extra dollars) and still have not received. To recap: $165 spent, not one item that can’t fit me, 3 shirts that are basically all the same, a package still not exchanged, and a company not really interested in helping fix the problem. I would not recommend this place at all.

EDIT: After posting my review, about an hour later customer service emailed me to "make things right" and offered either a free box or a refund. I've opted for the refund and updated the stars on my review as I appreciate the quick response from customer service and their willingness to change the experience.

Signed up and received a box full of complete crap (jeans that were stapled together and totally unwearable without ripping them apart, a shirt that would fit a child in a hideous pattern and awful material, and a weird little bag that seemed to serve no purpose other than smell like mildew. After cancelling, i was charged a cancellation fee. Total rip off and not worth the try.

Their customer service team is really great to work with. When I wanted to exchange a couple items, they made sure to reach out to me via email and make things right. Not all companies do this, and I do appreciate that they're putting customers first.

I am updating my initial review. Immediately after posting my review I was contacted by UrbaneBox staff. They offered to make things right with a refund or replacement. That’s fair.

I am editing this for a problem I had, CS reached out to me and resolved the issue. I still think for a company today, there should be a better contact method than having to resolve things through facebook messages.

So far the clothes have been just what I was looking for at a great price!

Got my first box and they had put together a great outfit! I am looking forward to it every month!

The company tries very hard to give you clothes that you will enjoy. Clothes are of good quality

These clothes are cheaply made Chinese imported clothes. They even arrive in foreign wholesaler packaging. Quality is average. Mostly dislike that if you don’t like an item you absolutely can’t return it. Poor option for customers. Canceled after my first box due to this policy.

I got a box for Black Friday for a great discount. The cancellation date for my second box came and went before my first box shipped, which seemed like a dumb policy. I complained and they refunded my account for the month. My first box came and I did not like one item and the other item did not fit. I asked for an exchange of the item which did not fit, which was granted, but it took almost a month to process. Their underhanded policy is that they don't ship your exchange back if your account is canceled, so I had to get another box just to get the shirt I liked back in the correct size. Get the "exchange" and it is a completely different item, not a size exchange like I was promised. Second box comes and items do not fit. If I tried to exchange them for the correct size, I'd be on the hook for a 3rd box, so now I am stuck with 4 items that either don't fit or I don't like. This site is a total scam and I do not recommend them at all.
