Cancelled an order
Cancelled an order before the 48 hours limit, but the restaurant was able to confirm the order after the cancellation (when there are under 48 hours left) and I will be charged automatically. When I tried to contact their support it answers with Ai that generates some nonsense answer and tell me to contact the restaurant. This is a scam, do NOT enter bank card info. Tomorrow morning I have to call the restaurant to sort it out myself and if they don’t agree I have to contact my bank to block the payment and contact insurance. All this BS waste of time because of a simple reservation cancellation.
