Excellent service from UK support
Customer service in the UK is excellent. They were very helpful when the glasses I ordered did not arrive in time from their US warehouse in tracking down the glasses and ensuring they were eventually delivered. The glasses arrived three days later than promised on the website.

Love the product
Love the product! Came promptly and exactly as ordered. The only reason I didn't give a 5 is because there was no notice that a signature was required fro delivery which caused some challenges.

Really poor quality glassware
Really poor quality glassware, overlapping laser etching lines. Looks very cheap, not even worth what I paid for it.

I am very sorry to hear that your 1910 glasses did not meet your expectations. We are exceptionally proud of the products we sell, therefore this has come as a surprise. Our customers shouldn’t receive anything less than perfect; therefore, this issue has been reported to our manufacturers for further improvements. If you could kindly provide images of the glassware you received, we can also pass this on to our manufacturers.
Our warehouse team will also be notified of this so they can check the stock we hold for imperfections. We don’t expect to receive poor quality products from our suppliers and neither should you from us.

Good selection of barware that is not readily available at other websites. However shipping was expensive and tracking info was not available. Order time to shipping was prompt and arrived in reasonable time frame.

Ordered cocktail glasses , they arrived within a week . There were no broken glasses which is a plus ! We own a restaurant with craft cocktails and loved the design of your glasses . Hoping to get some coupe glasses , you were back ordered on them .

Good luck, half the stuff on their site is out of stock
For the second time urban bar has cancelled an order of mine due to breakage at their warehouse and are unable to complete my order. They say they’re canceling my order and gave me no other options. It seems they have decided not to restock many of the glassware from their site. Beware, they might just cancel and refund your order for no reason.
Update: Urban bar shipped me the glassware I needed at no charge. Far above and beyond what was necessary. Thank you!

I am so very sorry that we have had to cancel your orders on a couple of occasions due to breakages. Here at Urban Bar, every care is taken to ensure that goods are handled correctly and packaged safely to avoid damages, however I cannot apologise enough that we have let you down.
Until now, if an order couldn’t be fulfilled, we would refund you. However we have taken on board your feedback and will from now on offer alternative items, of course if there are no alternatives, we will advise the best option of a refund. We are at the moment making a list of items we intend to restock, these orders are shipped every 3-4 months from our Head Office in the UK.
Please be aware that we will never cancel an order for no reason. If we do need to cancel your order, there will always be a valid reason and we will always notify you of this.
I do hope we don’t let you down in the future and I hope we can restore your faith in us.
