Beautiful glassware!
This is my second order from Urban Bar and I absolutely LOVE the quality and workmanship of their glassware. I was looking for vintage-style glasses and the 1910 design was perfect. I get so many compliments! I will be back for more!

Beautiful Glassware
Beautiful Glassware! Helpful customer service. Ordered the 1910 Nick and Nora and 1910 Gold Retro Fizz. Both are absolutely stunning. Had one of the 1910 Gold Retro Fizz arrive chipped but UrbarBar sent a replacement straight away. Communication was easy and accommodating.

Underwhelmed
The website presents everything like a first-class place, but the packaging arrives looking like it was gathered at a flea market and shipped with shoe boxes and newspapers. It kinda ruined my impression of being good quality merchandise.

Covid problems
Covid problems. Two tries and delivered to wrong address. Communication quite difficult but that’s partly because no one was in the office because of Covid. I feel like they shouldn’t have been shipping if they couldn’t manage but this is a weird situation
Edit: would also like to state that FedEx Made this much more difficult than it should have been. Honestly, I have much better luck with UPS in the states.

Hello Sheri, thank you for your review and I am sorry you were having issues getting in contact with us, we are in the office but customer service is based in the UK so there is always a slight delay in replying to emails but I will look into this to see what the delay in responding to you was, As for the delivery unfortunately once the shipment is with FedEx it is a bit beyond our control but we do understand your frustration. We are doing our best during these difficult times to keep services and deliveries to normal, we apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you.

Glasses are awesome. Yes they are small - they’re supposed to be, they’re Nick and Nora glasses. They aren’t pint glasses. They handle the perfect size cocktail.

5 stars for the glasses; 2 stars for the delivery
The glasses are lovely and I can't wait to gift them. My only problem was that I was not home for the initial delivery and the note said that someone had to be there to accept the package. Hard for someone with a regular day job. So then I was forced to have the package delivered to my office and I had to pay an extra fee. I wish that had been noted when ordering.
