Urbanara stayed in touch as there was a delay on dispatching my order and offered to either refund or change the colour. The throws are beautiful extremely pleased.

Efficient order and delivery - and the products are of beautiful quality - often better than expected - and if not no quibble return .

Fantastic customer service - they didn't have enough of the items I wanted so suggested an alternative which were delivered on time. A few items were missing due to stock issues and these were dispatched as soon as stocks were replenished. Would definitely use again.

I was very pleased with my purchase when I eventually received it. The problem was not with URBANARA but with UPS who messed me around with delivery. A member of staff at Urbanara (Marie, I think) couldn't have been more helpful. Just a shame they were let down by UPS.

Very fast delivery. There was a defect in the rug so we had to return it, but everything happened super fast and conveniently: UPS picked up the faulty rug quickly and by that time the replacement rug had already been dispatched. Thank you!

On the 29th April you received my order (77092) for a blanket & you confirmed the order but in a different colour to what (I thought) I had ordered. I immediately emailed back to say I didn't want the colour you quoted: red, orange & brown but a grey, brown & terracotta blanket. Your reply was automated & stated you would 'respond as soon as we can'.
However, I did not hear anything from you until the 2nd May to inform me that my order was on its way. Again I noted it was not the colour I wanted so on the 3rd May I sent you another email to state as clearly as I could my colour preference. On the 4th May at 7.30 I again emailed you & received an automatic answer to be followed at 8.48 am by an answer from 'Gina' telling me I had ordered the red mix blanket & not the terracotta & to explain the procedure for the return.
Needless to say when I opened the package I did not like the colours and have decided to return it for a refund as I an totally exhausted with the whole procedure and don't want the terracotta version either.
