Damaged bottle box
Had to chase for purchase confirmation, the bottle came but the bottom of the bottle box was damaged (likely the bottle itself was fine). Not ideal as now it's a present ruined. Considered how good it was wrapped makes me think I was sent faulty item to begin with and it was not a transportation issue.

Very quick delivery, arrived in good condition but thought it should maybe have had bubblewrap for extra protection. Very happy though.

I read bad reviews before ordering
I read reviews before ordering, majority of people says what delivery takes ages and no communication.
But it’s not true! My order was fulfilled next day and parcel arrived within 4-5 days by standard delivery.
Packaging is outstanding too!

Good day,
We are sorry for this bad experience.
You have ordered on the 22nd of January and we have dispatched your order on the 24th, as soon as we received customs approval (this avoid customs to have to pay for any import taxes, as we take them in charge for you).
As you have also contacted us during the weekend, we have send you the tracking informations this morning immediately at 9am and were happy to inform you that the parcel was out for delivery.
So the delivery only took 3 business days, which is a normal time frame for express delivery from Germany to the UK indeed.
Please let us know, if we can help any further, as we have already contacted your via email a few hours ago.
Kind regards,
Urban Drinks
