I read other reviews and I really didn't experience the same issues.
Pros:
- This is the first device I ever bought that had anything to do with helping my posture and I can say that it has been a good experience so far;
- Easy to set up;
- Adhesive strips last up to 2 weeks with all-day use for me (7 AM - 9 PM, no exercise);
- Good app, but there are things that could be improved.

Cons:
- Requires multiple calibrations per day depending on whether are you walking, sitting, and on what kind of a surface are you sitting on;
- The app can crash from time to time;
- It has a tendency to disconnect from the app when going from one WiFi network to let's say Mobile Data;
- A bit expensive.

In order to get the most out of the device, I would recommend wearing it all the time and tuning in the Upright range settings where you are really sitting or standing straight.
I think it's a great product and definitely has a lot more potential as it develops more.

One of the worst companies when it comes to customer care.my first device became faulty after few months. A year later I bough a new one hoping that the upright 2 will perform better. But same problem. The Softwear does not work.

I wrote to them and the customers care people keep promising a solution and now since last 1 week they don’t even revert.there is no phone number enlisted where u can call. All is on messages.

I paid 110 euro for a crap device and to shittier company with no ethical values.They are thieves in open view who writes big words on website but once it comes to performing and
disappear faster then Huduni.

The Upright website only states that buyers in Canada have to pay for shipping (free shipping is only available in the USA). However, there is no mention on their website of additional shipping fees, taxes or duties that would apply. Beware that your shipment will go through FedEx, who will charge you an additional $10-15 for them to process your delivery, as well as an additional $10-15 for "taxes and duties". You will not be able to receive your shipment from FedEx unless you pay these amounts. If you live in Canada, DO NOT BUY from the Upright website as you will be charged these exorbitant additional fees. Instead, buy the product from a Canadian retailer, where you will pay much less for it.

this product is not fit for purpose. I received it. Followed every instruction. Didnt wear while exercising or anything and it fell off during the first day i was wearing it at some point and disappeared. Didnt even feel it go. It was like money down a drain. PLEASE AVOID THIS. it is not worth it. I reached out to the company to explain what happened and they offered to sell me a new one. I asked them if the issue was typical and they said that it wasnt at all. I therefore explained that my one must be a one off faulty one and therefore requested another one. They said no but i can buy another one. Appalling customer care

Fantastic idea, terrible implementation (and they offer no meaningful reply or fix despite acknowledging the problem).

Basically, EVERY TIME you switch it off, it LOOSES CALIBRATION.

It means EVERY TIME you turn it on and wear it, you have to CALIBRATE AGAIN.

I thought it was a defect of my device, so I wrote to support, to my surprise they said that no that's normal and they'll work on a solution in the future, without any ETA.

Calibrating EVERY TIME either from the app or pressing twice the power button it's highly frustrating, because to make a proper calibration it takes time to sit correctly and calibrate.

I ended up not using anymore after a few days, I'm now asking for a precise ETA (they didn't sound even convinced it was possible to fix it..) or a refund, because for almost £100 including the rubber necklace (absolutely essential, the double tape idea is terrible) it's almost a fraud for the development state the product as it is at the moment.

The app as well seems underdeveloped, not many detailed statistics, and not integrated it seems with Apple Health.

The idea is fantastic, but they have to put some serious work into implementation, it's far from a product you can sell or should buy.

the product design with adhesive strips was ridiculously short sighted. it never really worked and then expected you to basically stick something to your body with double sided tape (!). bananas. the company now has the gall to charge $20 for a workaround piece of rubber (necklace). i bought it - but incredibly unhappy with the whole situation. I feel cheated. they should give these to consumers of their $100 gadget. My experience after using the adhesive product once: a paperweight for a full year until the necklace now appears - supremely overpriced for a flawed mistake that the company is now burdening its users with.
