Scam. Never received item. I sent an email and they did respond saying my item should be shipping soon. I emailed back twice, nothing, no response. It has now been almost 4 months.

Scam. Item never shipped. They replied once saying "Typically, standard shipping takes between 7 to 30 business days, depending on your location. If your order was placed on April 11th, it is likely still within the standard delivery window". 3 months later, still nothing and they ghosted me. It seems to be the case for everyone.

Great product when it worked… abysmal customer service! I’m really disappointed bc the device HAD been helping me immensely till it started turning off constantly to the point it’s not usable.
despite the 1 year warranty they claim to offer though, stuck with a broken device. Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Been two weeks now and only replies I could get were copy paste replies that don’t apply. Follow ups are not relied to.

Still no product after 7 months, customer service not answering
Ordered the product in December and the sizing was totally wrong. I’ve been waiting for half a year for the replacement they said they’d ship.
Customer service said that my replacement shipment was ‘in the queue’ so I’d have to wait. It’s been probably 2 months since I’ve even gotten an email reply from them.
I’m going to try to request the charge back on my bank.
I have a lot of praise for the Upright…except customer service reply ..
I have a lot of praise for the Upright wearable and app—the technology is intuitive, gently encouraging, and it genuinely helped me become more aware of my posture. It’s smart and steady, like a calm friend tapping your shoulder when you begin to fold into yourself.
But the lumbar support accessory? Not so much. It arrived vacuum-packed and crumpled, like someone sat on a croissant. It never rebounded into anything remotely supportive, which defeats the entire purpose of back support. A small detail, yes—but for a product centered on alignment and structure, packaging a support cushion like a pancake feels… ironic.
If you’re buying Upright for the wearable, you’ll likely be pleased. But if you’re looking for meaningful lumbar support as part of the experience, I’d suggest holding off or asking them directly how it will be shipped.
I hope Upright listens—not just to our posture, but to our feedback. We’re rooting for them to get it right.

If I could give less than one star I would. Product never shipped. Customer service promised a refund that I never received. Raised it with my bank, the company then refuted the complaint and said I did receive the refund so my bank took the money bank. Still not received a refund or the product and it’s been five months.
worst customer experience
They charged my card immediately when I made the purchase, but my item never shipped. I reached out to customer service multiple times, but it was an absolute disaster. They couldn't locate my order and continually asked me redundant questions (for example: what is your order number meanwhile my email subject was "order number 2525"). They never did track down my order, nor did they follow up as promised. They offered no refund, no replacement - just dead silence. One month and at least 15 emails later and I need to request a charge back from my bank.
Horrible business ethics
Horrible business. Maybe not even a business. Just some sort of scam. I think they're hoping you buy from them and forget about it. Been 3 months with no updates and when i contacted them, they offer me 50% to keep the 3 month old order and expect me keep an order with no real ETA. Obsurd. stay away from this brand. You can find the same stuff in stock on Amazon and don't have to go through the nightmare of trying to get a refund. I ended up filing a chargeback because they stopped responding to my request for a refund.

Fraudulent company, ordered product based on their instagram ad compaign in January. It's now March an I have no received the product or a refund. I keep emailing them and get generic responses back.

I ordered my Upright back support on January 15th . My product was never shipped and I have asked for a refund . They apologized but never refunded my purchase money after sending 4 emails about it . I am American and I live in Costa Rica . What's the deal with this company

This company is fraudulent. They won't answer emails, you get a system email back every time. There is no phone number. I asked for a refund after reading the TERRIBLE reviews about customer service and the product itself as even after a week it hadnt shipped. They only replied offering a discount but then ignored all other emails. I then threatened with a credit card dispute and i get a notice that the order was cancelled but it even states "there is NO REFUND". I opened a credit card dispute. I suggest doing the same, obviously these are scammers drop shipping terrible products from somewhere like Temu or Alibaba.

It is great product, but problem is that VAT, IS NOT INCLUDED. You will pay extra for CUSTOMS for that product by sending into Europe.

This is a fradulent company. Do not order a thing from them. They do not answer their custome servixe line and every email that you send they send back a generic email. They advertise for 2 days shipping which took 7 faya and instead of the $569 scootet, i received a $5 cane
