Fab service and Fab Fitting bra. ☺
Have never used this company before but it was a great experience. Was looking for a full support sports bra and the shops didn't seem to have my style or size. 34 DD.
The Panache Power bra on Uplifted Lingerie was a good price and I think postage of £1.95 is actually cheaper than other websites.. Heidi emailed to say the white wasn't in stock but offered other colours or I could wait until the white came back in stock.
I chose the Latte flesh colour and it came within 2 days.

First time ordering from them and I accidentally ordered the wrong size. A quick email to customer services and Heidi amended my order and sent a new confirmation email within 30 minutes. 1st class support.

EDITED AND UPDATED REVIEW: After a really lengthy crappy experience (due to no fault of theirs, which I know better now) Heidi really did do her best to try and fix things for my order. While the communications weren’t perfect, I don’t hold any hard feelings after being able to hear from her in great detail about the horrific situation with the tariffs and customs junk going on in the US causing horrible issues for smaller businesses especially, like this one. I honestly apologize for being as upset as I was, though understandable not being able to get my shipment-HOWEVER, Heidi made it right and refunded me because there was just no way for them to get my products here. Please keep this in mind, I’m sure for EU and UK customers, you’ll have NO issues. Please just keep in mind if you’re from the USA, it’s virtually impossible for them to ship here right now. Thank you for your help Heidi! Changed my review to 4 stars because this wasn’t their fault. I do wish the communication was a little better but they did their best!

ORIGINAL REVIEW: On August 29, I ordered two bras. One for myself, one for my sister. They immediately emailed me stating that the one my sister had picked was discontinued and they couldn’t get it and asked me to pick another. I did, paid the difference and waited for our order as I knew it could probably take a week or two before we received it. Our order didn’t even get shipped until September 4, okay, no issue. However it’s October 2 today and I still don’t even have my TRACKING NUMBER!!! I was emailed back about a week-two weeks ago and was just told that it was the US’s custom laws that were to blame. Whatever, I figure it would take some time. However I ordered two other orders the same day and a couple days AFTER ordering the bras originally and they have both come in. (Shipped from China). I have yet to hear from anyone in two weeks almost and my order also says “processing” and “ON HOLD”. I either want my bras or my money back. I spent almost $100- USD on these bras and shipping. I would prefer to get the bras that I paid good money for.

I’ve had a really good experience with this company
I had a mastectomy a few years back and finding a good fitting bra can be difficult
I order a few of styles and after some returns and further orders I found one. At all times I was kept informed by the customer service team . They even sent refunds of less than £2 after returns which I said wasn’t necessary

Made an order and it didn't arrive when promised. Messaged to say i was going on holiday and wanted to cancel the order as it still hadn't arrived. No Reply!
Order was delivered whilst I was away. When home I've checked and not everything was in the parcel.
Messaged again and no reply. I would like to be in contact with someone so I can get the money back for the missing bras then return the unwanted ones for a refund.
First time using this company, never again.
If someone could please leave me a number so I can contact someone and speak to a person. Very poor Customer service.

I placed an order on 25/06 and didn’t receive it until 04/07! Communication was poor, I sent three messages chasing my order and eventually got a reply. I returned the bra for a refund as weirdly despite it being my usual size the cups were huge. I feel very lucky to have received a refund based on some of the reviews on here but won’t shop with them again. Communication and delivery times need to be drastically improved

I was worried that I wasn’t going to get my order in time for my holiday, it was touch & go but I was kept updated & my order was upgraded to 24 hr tracked .. it just made it in time so I was very happy.
I have read some not so good reviews so I do want to add that there was absolutely no concerns over communication. I had confirmation of my order & fast, helpful follow up emails.
I will definitely use Uplifted Lingerie again… great prices & fab customer service. Thank you.

Be vary wary of ordering from this company. Firstly, they make it almost impossible to return items. There is no return form or return label sent with the order and NO QR code online so you have to PRINT a return form from the website. It is not in any format that my laptop recognised so had to convert to pdf then find a printer. They do not even provide a return label so you have to make your own, then I was charged £6.45 at the post office, which is scandalous when most other companies are free returns and, what should nowadays be a very straightforward process has taken me 2 weeks to sort out.
Secondly, I'm not even convinced the bras I ordered were genuinely manufactured by the label. I ordered a well known label that I have worn for years, in my regular size, but the sizing was ridicoulously way off, and quality was poor, very flimsy, thin material.
Still yet to have confirmation of my return so not able to comment on that yet.

I'm not sure this company is real. Took my money for two bras a week ago. No confirmation email no postage no bras! Don't even reply to their online chat. Steer clear!!

Appalling! Ordered 2 bras which took a week to arrive. No email update, nothing to confirm. I returned for an exchange in size, 10 days ago - no exchange/return form or label, no QR code. Had to go to post office and pay for posting and tracking. I checked to see if they had received my return and it was signed for on the 16th July. This was 8 days ago, still no email confirmation, no message, nothing. All in all so far it has been 18 days and I still haven’t got my order
You cannot ring anyone, you can only leave an email or message, which I have done.
Wondering how many people actually work at Uplifted if any

Fantastic customer service, and communication. I made a mistake on my order with sizes and only realised when I got the shipping notification. After contacting Uplifted, hoping it wasn't too late to change it Heidi got back to me very quickly and stopped the parcel from leaving. My order was successfully changed and I am so grateful for the quick action taken and also being kept informed about everything. I will definitely be recommending Uplifted and shopping here again. Very happy with my first time ordering from this company.Customer service was amazing when I noticed a mistake with the sizes. They stopped the order, repackaged with the right size and I had an instant refund when ordering a cheaper bra. The items arrived in very good time, are just so comfortable, great quality and really well priced. I will definitely shop here again.

I checked first by email that the item I wanted was in stock and then placed an order. I got an email saying that the item would hopefully be dispatched the next day (which it was). Prompt delivery and good customer service (Heidi).

Due to some reviews about delivery of orders I emailed my concerns to the company who responded the next day advising me my order was on its way. True to their word,my new bra was delivered a couple of days later. Very pleased with my bra which fits perfectly and is very pretty. Wouldn't hesitate to order from Uplifted Lingerie again.

First time ordering from uplifted lingerie, goods arrived within 5-7 working days.
Will be ordering again. I was a little worried as no direct telephone contact, however I did contact them by email and chat , replied to my question promptly.

I ordered 2 bras on Sunday hoping to get them in a few days. As I had not received notification that they had been dispatched I emailed at 7.30am today. I received an immediate response from Heidi. They are due out this morning and she has kindly upgraded my delivery to 24 hour tracked so I should hopefully get them tomorrow.

Prices are very reasonable and the items I purchased arrived within a fortnight. Well worth waiting for, so comfy and supportive. I had a slight problem with an error I made with my second order and customer services replied next day with error corrected. Very pleased, will use this company in the future.

Ordered bras on 19th June and obviously paid, I received a confirmation email but nothing since. The email confirmation states Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery but a week later nothing. No email, no tracking nothing. There is no contact number on Google but on insta, the phone number is for a totally different company??? There is also a 0845 number which is no longer in service. I have sent an email and a chat on insta but no reply as of yet. Absolutely shocking!! Following on from yesterday's post, I have now received an email explaining that they were waiting for the bra from the supplier. Why they did not have the courtesy to inform me about this is beyond me and would've stopped a bad review.

I ordered 2 bras on 20th May for my holiday next week. I have emailed to chase but no reply. It's now 9 days and no communication what so ever. Really disappointed.
