I was looking through most popular sim-unlock websites and by blind luck i chose unlocksamsungonline. I got an unlock code next working day. But the most important to me was right unlock code which made my Galaxy sim-free. Second thing is the price, cant say i was looking 3 days but however these guys where the cheapest what i found.

The site was down at first so I put in a ticket with support. Steve came back promptly and said that the site was down and not accepting the IMEI's. Then he responded and said they would input it when the site was up. He did and i received my code a few days later. The code didn't work at first so I messed with the note2 "SHA256 info" and then "SHA256 on" but was unable to input the unlock code. Restarted the phone after that and then put in the network unlock code then it worked and have never been happier. Thank you Steve.

They sold me a code to unlock a cell phone, and it doesnt work. They dont want to refund me the money.
It happened to me with other web services that gave me the same unlock code for the same phone, I showed them that that code doesnt work on my phone and they accepted their error, refunding me the money I spent.
This site sold me something useless and they dont accept that they cheated me.

the support staff were honest and prompt on responding to complaints, You know what you are up for and even though i had to wait to get my note 4 unlocked, the codes came when they said it would.

While googling for an unlock solution to my samsung note 4 i found a few. So the painstaking process of screening sites started, most claiming to unlock within minutes others one hour and this one up to like 40 something hrs. Well the ones with claims of minutes semed the oviouse choice but past experience has showed me that if it looks too good to be true then it is. Very very did i mention VERY yet? This service worked as expected. It was a bit complicated but once I figured out how to enter the codes and had my device fully charged it worked well. Enjoying the ability to use my phone overseas.

I could not find my phone model listed on the website as it is a Samsung phone from Romania, However after emailing the site only a day later it was listed. After purchasing my unlock code it was emailed to me in less than a hour, and it worked as promised. I must say that before purchasing my unlock code from this website I made a mistake of believing an ad on Craigslist, and driving to a far location in Silver Spring, MD only to have my phone sit in their shop for three days untouched and then be told it could not be unlocked (by the way they wanted to charge me more than this website). So overall I should have just used this website as not only it is cheaper but easier not wasting time and driving around.

Watch out just another unlocking scam site.

Unlocked by cable and although somewhat complex, it worked perfectly.
The recommendation I would have is to tweak instructions.
For example, although they do state unlocking by cable is more complex and perhaps one should know before attempting, stating to enter codes to enter service mode on the phone keypad as if one was making a call is a very easy tweak.
Support was reasonable.

If not for tweaking instructions, rating would be 5 of 5.

They gave me a code 1 days later after purchase, and it probably worked, but i cant use the phone with any other sim. so i dont know what is simlock. They told me this, and wont refund. Maybe you'll have better luck with them.
